The purpose and commitment of Dr. Gardner and the staff of the Nob Hill Chiropractic Center is to serve the people in our community by assisting them to become healthier, more pain free, more alive and complete human beings. We've been in business for over 30 years. We serve patients with both acute symptoms and those seeking long-term overall well-being.
We intend to do this with only natural means without drugs or surgery by removing interference or blockage to the God given, innate, life energy flowing in each person's body. We also intend to educate our community to increase their awareness of the value and need for a natural, holistic alternative healthcare.

Services
Dr. Stephen Gardner received his B.S. in biology from the University of New Mexico in 1975, did post graduate work in exercise physiology and received his D.C. from Western States Chiropractic College in 1980. He served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1971 where he was in the medical corps and worked at Presbyterian Hospital in 1971 and 1972.
We are a unique chiropractic practice - committed to people's ultimate wellness. Most people think of chiropractic services when they are in pain or experiencing acute symptoms. That is just the beginning. Once a patient is well, we work with the various systems of the body so that it performs at its maximum.
What to expect - Your first visit will last approximately one hour. We will get a full medical history, and do an initial analysis and an orthopedic and neurological examination. From those, we will put together an individualized treatment plan. Often times we provide treatment at the first visit to provide as much relief as possible for your individual needs.

Dr. Gardner's understanding and intuition of how to work with the human body is so incredibly well rounded and he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each and every treatment. He combines different modes of treatment and has also provided nutritional supplements that support the conditions he's working on in my body. His patient care extends beyond the physical body to knowing how to relax the whole person with the creation of treatment rooms that are full of beautiful natural light, lovely colors, plants, and soothing music played during parts of the treatment. Dr. Gardner and his staff are professional, courteous, and provide excellent care. I had never been to a chiropractor for treatment before last year, and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of care I have received. I can truthfully say that Dr. Gardner's treatments have been of immense benefit to my overall health and well-being. I highly recommend!

Dr. Gardner is a VERY knowledgeable practioner who has his foundation in chiropractic but is so much more knowledged in many aspects of holistic health modalities. I think he has continued his studies over the years in other modalities, perspectives and practices in order to be the best informed health practioner and have more to offer to his clientele's health and wholeness. I cannot say enough good stuff about Dr. Gardner, he is such a lovely and caring human being. Gentle, non-judgemental, grounded and very compassionate. I have been a patient of his since 2005 and feel very blessed to be in
