THEY WILL LIE ON YOU. They say they will write your name down and give you a call back but never call back. Then they will say it’s your job to contact them. Now THE OWNER of the company is taking up for his employees after they LIED UNDER OATH. Also they don’t even pay you well. Worst temp agency.

Today is 12-08-2020 on Friday I asked for a few job applications the women behind the front desk seemed respectful enough. Today I had everything filled out and ready to turn in. I left the house early but my car started having problems. Long story short the car got fixed and it was 30 mins after 3. When I entered the office I explained to them I'm here to turn in my app. She was really rude and rudely stated that they dont take apps after three. While taking my papers I explained to her how the car broke down and we needed to fix it. She was still rude and rudely explained that no excuse is good

If I could rate them less than one star I would. Completely unprofessional, contacted my new place of employment to jeopardize my job there. They're extremely rude, after my assignment ended I went up there the following day to pick up my check and they refused to pay me that day even though I was no longer working for them and already found a new job elsewhere. Always check your hours on your check, they try to cut hours or don't put the correct check amount on the check for the hours worked.

Don't believe the bad reviews about checks. It's the company that they have contracts with that sometimes fail to put payroll in on time. As soon as Westside receives payroll, they immediately print out checks. The staff here is so helpful and friendly, I'm going to miss seeing them every week. Because, I just got hired on full time at a wonderful company that they helped with getting my foot in the door. Remember, your work ethic speaks for itself!
