Cooperative Home Care was founded in 1986. We acquired All-Staff Nursing in 1991. Together, we are 65 years of healthcare experience! All-Staff Nursing's Permanent Hire process gave me capable candidates within my time budget. Our new employee is doing well! They have been in business for 35 years, and their healthcare staffing division, All-Staff Nursing, is in its 30th year.

It was a natural extension of our main home care business to add healthcare staffing services. All-Staff Nursing is celebrating our 30th year in business in 2021, and is well-known throughout Fairview Heights, St. Clair county, and the surrounding Metro East Illinois region. Our healthcare staffing services include providing RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
In addition to healthcare staffing services, our Fairview Heights, IL office also offers home care services. There are two main types of in-home care, and we provide them both. This makes All-Staff Nursing and Cooperative Home Care unique because we are one company that can meet all of your home care needs.
