The 100s Pilates
The 100s strives to give you a personal training experience in a comfortable and peaceful white oasis free of the typical sights and sounds associated with the "chain gyms." The practice of Pilates aims to tone, lengthen and stretch each part of your amazing bodies. With one of the smallest class capacities in Manhattan, the 100s gives you all the attention and instructor motivation of a personal trainer.

We also use the best equipment possible - Stott Pilates reformers - for the ultimate reformer experience. We present a tightly packaged session-55 minutes of reformer based, sweat-producing exercise. We won't waste time with planks, planks and more planks. Instead, we stretch your ability and agility with moves that crunch your core while strengthening your limbs.

We are passionate about pilates and providing the best instruction on the best equipment. No matter which instructor you work with, we are here for you and dedicated to giving you the best pilates class imaginable. We are a family here at the 100s. Le is the founder of The 100s Pilates and has been instructing for more than five years and practicing for more than 15.
Most of us spend our day in flexion; i.e. sitting at the computer or conference room or in the car. The discipline of Pilates can help BALANCE our current office culture with some reformer aided stretching and strengthening. Putting your body into extension and creating stronger abdominals will reduce your risk of injury, make you longer and stronger and form a practice that can bring mindfulness to all aspects of your life.
Our 55-minute private sessions on the reformer are completely customizable, offering personalized training to those who have a specific goal in mind or those who need some alone time. We pride ourselves in offering a flexible schedule and accommodating services, allowing each of our members to easily workout even with a busy schedule.

I can't say enough great things about this studio, Le and Jenn! I reached out wanting to start with private sessions to get back in shape and Le could not have been more encouraging and positive. The classes are small groups that kick you a**, everyone is so lovely and I'm seeing real results after a month!

This studio is a MUST! If you want a legitimate studio that challenges you with the best equipment (Stott), a small class size (max 6 people), and a hardcore workout, you've found the place! I have so much respect for the women who run this studio and the strength and toning they've enabled me to build, not to mention the injuries I dealt with for years that have now virtually disappeared. Literally no other studio I've been to even begins to compare. Check them out and go to a class!

I came to Pilates and this studio by chance, after my doctor banned all impact exercises post a bike fall on my back leaving me with two herniated discs. After years of running and spin classes, lying down on a reformer felt different. But after the very first class my fears of not sweating have all but disappeared. The classes are very dynamic, physically challenging and never repeating. You will feel your muscles burning. You will also see your body dramatically changing. The studio provides superb instruction and deep knowledge of muscles and body mechanics. The instructors will push your limits

I love this studio because of the zen and exclusive vibe you get as you walk in.I have the best time and the best workout everytime- I tend to get bored with workout classes but I love how they change things up and I already feel a difference in my body!
It’s only been a month of me going in 3 times a week and my body looks and feels different! Le is such a great instructor because she invests the time in getting to know your strengths and weaknesses and pushes you in the right direction so you see the results you ve always wanted.The other instructors are also equally enjoyable and fun.

The classes at The 100s Pilates are the best in the city, by far. They are extremely challenging and dynamic, and I always leave sweating, which is unusual for a pilates class. Le is a terrific instructor and always makes sure everyone's form and technique is correct. Javi and Janie are also terrific instructors. I've been going here for almost a year and have brought all my friends to try it with me because I love it so much.

I've been coming to the 100s for exactly 1 year now and that should tell you a lot. Le is the best instructor I've ever had - she's motivates and encourages me to do my best, educates us on every exercise of what muscle we're strengthening and most importantly she makes us all laugh. The studio's vibe is super cool and zen. I've been to quite a few pilate studios and this is by far the BEST out there so thank you 100s!

100s Pilates is the best studio I have been to in New York. The instructors are all fantastic and the small group class allows them to be very attentive to each client. The classes are challenging and the teachers are great at educating correct technique/form on all the different exercises. The 100s team is extremely dedicated and motivating and I look forward to continuing at 100s!

I've been wanting to try a Pilates reformer class for some time. My friend recommended this studio and I am so glad I went. Even though I was a beginner, it was easy to follow along and the coaching felt very specific to each individual in the class. Loved the instructor, the atmosphere and I can't wait to go back!

I have long masqueraded as a person, that looks and acts like they're 'in shape', when in truth I can hardly touch my toes, without letting out some kind of primordial howl.

However, after only a few spirited sessions with the lovely and at least in my case, long suffering Le, I could feel my body responding quicker and easier than ever before.

With only 6 clients in the studio at once, you can rest assured that your needs will be met, and your form dutifully observed.

As a reluctant newcomer to Pilates, I can only describe my first attempts as the flailing of new born octopus

Wow. That was a rant.
Well at the end of the day, I paid $170 for one Pilates session. I guess I'll just take it as one expensive hour of my life.
I hope Ms. Le gains some self awareness to understand what it is to provide excellent customer service. I found her response to be quite unprofessional, abrasive, and aggressive, let alone defensive.
As you'll see in a previous yelp review from another customer who had a similar experience, I would just caution anyone from engaging with a studio with an instructor that is only in it to make $

Le is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had. She's fun, funny and kicks your booty so that your muscles feel worked out for days.

The studio is intimate, Le pays attention to each student and also adjusts an exercise for the level of each individual student. It feels personalized to each person's fitness and strength levels.

It's the anti-factory pilates while giving you a better workout than those name-brand places we all know and have been to.

Have been going to Le for 4 weeks now, and at only once per week I am seeing incredible changes in my body! The instructor has a deep knowledge of the mechanics of the body with a strong focus on form. It is a challenging class but adaptable and low-impact. An intimate setting where you really get the attention you need to perform each exercise properly - AND, amazing music!

Ms. Le, The class was on 7/10 so to say that I contacted you two/several months later is a gross exaggeration (as is I'm sure your other claim that this is the "first complaint" you've ever received.) Not once did I criticize your cancellation policy. Not once did I "demand" anything. I asked a benign question and you responded with anger and vitriol. The 100s pilates is the best full body workout I've ever had! With an hour basically lying down the entire time I get a better workout than I would have at soul or pure barre, slt, etc.

Le truly cares about each of her clients and goes out of her way to make sure each person gets the most out of her time in class. I've been coming for a couple months and my body has changed drastically. You have to try the 100s!!!

Le and her studio are fantastic! First off, Le is an awesome teacher. You work hard in class but always have fun doing it.

I think the best part is that because the studio is small, you get one-on-one attention that you won't get anywhere else. Le is attentive and helpful- always remembering if you have an injury or condition and works with you to adjust poses to make it work for you. I've been going to her classes for 7 months now and I've never felt so healthy and fit in my life.

I've had to reschedule last minute and Le is so understanding. She gets that you have a life

I've been going to weekly and biweekly classes here for 10 months now and I have to say this is my absolute favorite (and only) place for Pilates. Le is a professional and attentive teacher that tailors classes depending on your fitness level and goals. She remembers everyone's names and injuries, and she pushes us to always learn new things. For $35 a class It's the best value semi private Pilates reformer class you can go to in Manhattan (Maximum 5 people per class). There's also a shower, and all the equipment is super clean and brand new - which is really important for

I have to say I have never had a better full body workout. I usually go to bikram, bar method, or Slt.
No more! Only 100's Pilates from here on out. I was sore all over in the best way possible. The instructors here are extremely knowledgeable. I wasn't embarrassed to ask questions. Also I would like to say the owner is passionate about Pilates in a way that was so refreshing. When you are doing a move you know exactly why and how it's helping your body.

Love my workouts with Le! Her energy encourages me to be my best and take on every challenge she throws my way! The studio is beautiful with really nice equipment but the best part is the class size! The 100s Pilates is a boutique studio with a warm atmosphere and engaging sessions. I've only done Pilates a few times, but this has become my favorite studio in Manhattan. The classes are fun, motivating, and music driven. Each time there are new, challenging moves to work out the entire body. You can really feel your muscles strengthening as it is a complete body workout. Although I've definitely been sore the next day, I already notice the difference in my strength. I took a semi private class with my girlfriend at The 100s. I was a Pilates "virgin" (yikes) but I work out regularly and was fairly confident I wouldn't break a sweat not to mention and actual workout.

I was wrong. On both accounts. Our instructor kept up working out all 55 mins and tried to be both motivating and supportive. I used muscles that I both didn't know existing and didn't know how to "fire" (is that the correct term?) on my own regular gym sessions.

It was super challenging (in a good way) and I'm going back next week to see if I can embarrass

This studio features the most effective/energizing pilates class in the city... The instructor, Le, is awesome--and totally, totally entertaining--as she guides her clients through ~25 movements to WORK EVERYTHING (abs, arms, back, butt, legs, etc.) in ONE CLASS. Plus, the vibe is chill/fun.

After trying out a few different Pilates places, I'm so glad that I found The 100s. As a beginner, I was not only comfortable, but felt as though I was learning about the practice of Pilates and about the various reformer movements. I think it's important to not only understand the exercise, but also which parts of the body are being worked.

A great studio in NY. The 100s is clean, welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. I prefer private sessions since I have a few different injuries and enjoy working at a slow pace. The instructor is extremely accommodating and tailors the sessions to my specific needs as well as around my injuries. It is always a pleasure taking classes here.
