Worst shipping company in Florida. They got my pallet Monday. I only live 60 miles away. They called me and said pallet would be delivered Thursday at 2pm. They never showed up and they told me it would be delivered Friday at 1pm. It wasn’t even delivered Friday. Terrible company and terrible customer service. Be careful using this company. Yes I did call to change it to pickup instead but canceled that request because I finally got delivery confirmation after asking for 2 days. This company has an issue with lying. They say they never called me and said it would be delivered at 1pm Friday. The

After the struggle with getting assistance over the phone I have more bad news. I reached out to the company I am returning items from and this company was supposed to pick it up. Not sure if it id because I left them a bad review but they are refusing to come get it claiming it is because they don't have a picture of the item strapped down to their pallet. Not only did they refuse to do the logistics service job they do, they also didn't notify me or even attempt to call me to ask for it. I know the owner has my number as he called me in response to my initial review. This just supports it.

They delivered a Corvette bed I purchased on Step2 to my grandson today for Christmas, I guess they use LS Logistics for their deliveries. First, the delivery guy just threw the 2 huge boxes on the lawn of my son's apartment bldg and would not bring it up 1 flight of stairs for my daughter in law and gave her attitude. Secondly, they delivered 2 different cars; in other words the pieces were different colors. I purchased a red Corvette they delivered the front, and back of it in one box in the other box was an entire blue car. This means some other little boy only got the red pieces to a red Corvette

I had some issue with the company utilizing L&S service. They did not setup a delivery for which the item could be delivered to my house.
Having said that, Preston, of L&S, did everything in his power to get me options. I ended up renting a truck and they were able to load the item on my rental. It was not optimal for me personally, but L&S did everything they could. My review of OC Ramps would not be as good.
Thanks to the folks at L&S for working through a bad situation.

Hello fellow Truck Drivers, I 1st wrote a review on this company 2yrs ago, and my opinion hasn't changed. I hate coming to Florida but I love coming to L&S in Orlando. It's FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, and they are at it 6 days a week. Find a parking space and BEN and KELLY will knock on your door and tell you where to go. One is tall like a basketball player and the other is a weightlifter, two of the koolest guys you will ever meet, I have been coming here for over 3 yrs.
