I GOT MY LIFE BACK!! Is what happened when I walked through the door and met Dr. Keith Mirante and his staff. The unbearable pain that I was suffering prevented me basically from A normal life. I was consumed by back pain. I was afraid to take a step and wonder where the pain is going to come from next, how long it was going to last before I was able to move again. When people think of a chiropractor A lot of times they are skeptical, I myself being one of them. I am just starting my journey at Coastal and am kicking myself for waiting so long to go because of fear! Dr. Mirante made me feel comfortable and supported from the moment we shook hands. He is thorough and knowledgeable in his craft, but breaks it all down so it’s understandable. In my first session he told me “once you get the hang of it, you’ll look forward to coming in for an adjustment”, to which I thought- yea right!!
Well, three adjustments in and I can honestly say it’s now the best part of my day!

Coastal Chiropractic is very well run establishment. Before I found them I was completely misdiagnosed by another chiropractor and I wasted time and money. Within my first visit Dr Keith diagnosed me properly and provided an effective treatment plan. After a few months I had massive , massive improvements. The staff is extremely cordial , knowledgeable and Helpful. The doctors are sharp and thorough. But they have a way of making you feel at home the moment you arrive. These people actually care!
