Only the best-maintained late-model vehicles make the Mazda Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle cut. To be eligible, they must pass a rigorous 160-point inspection. From major to minor components, each vehicle is scrutinized and tested to make sure it meets the highest standards. So you can feel confident and enjoy every drive in your Mazda with an elevated state of being, mile after mile.
With the cost of new & used cars and limited inventories you may want to make your old car run like a new one, with routine maintenance. Keep your tires rotated & properly inflated and have your vehicles, steering suspension & alignment checked regularly. Use the recommended grade of oil, have the oil & filter changed every 5000 miles and have all the other fluid levels checked and changed as necessary.

Every time I bring my car in for repairs I am treated well and the technicians help me get my issues resolved quickly and efficiently. This last time they helped me add a needed repair that was covered under my extended warranty that saved me over $1,000 beyond the $2,000 repair that the warranty company had already approved.

The sales process was good and we enjoyed not getting very much pressure. The atmosphere is friendly and personable. We were able to find the car we wanted for a good price, and even with our circumstances Mazda bent over backwards for us. We were able to work something out because of that. However after all the paperwork we ended up waiting for the finance for over an hour so combined we were there the whole day. It was nice of our salesman to talk and wait with us though. We enjoyed getting to know him.

I've just got a 2022 Miata from this dealer. The salesman Dan is very knowledgeable, patient and the detail, but not a rush to have customer make the purchase. The manager is awesome. He will work with the customer with Honor respect and to try give customer the deal as the requested.
These days honor respect is hard to find, especially in auto dealership. Three or four I recommend anyone who doesn't have time to waste and be treated with honor respect and a good deal go to Orem Mazda.

We went in from some previous dealers that day feeling frustrated. The manager allowed us to easily express our frustrations. Daniel Roth was helpful and considerate in getting us what we needed right away. He was upfront with us and straightforward with pricing and details which is often difficult to find in car sales. A much appreciated transaction, and we left that day with the car we wanted. Would recommend this dealership to others!

We had such a great experience at the Orem Mazda. Buying a car was so easy and we didn’t feel any pressure at all, we genuinely felt like Debra (our salesperson) wanted to find the best fit for us. On Saturday 4/3/21. I went to Mazda dealership in Orem to pick up my car Mazda 3 2016 from being serviced for its alignment. I went to the front desk to ask to speak to Debra regarding a voicemail she left. I sat down with Debra and said "I was curious to see what my trade in value might be" from there she asked what kind of car I would want to trade my current car in for. She then presented me a used 2018 black hatchback Mazda 3. She asked if I would like to see it in person and I said sure. I looked at the car, drove the car and liked it. Sorry to say the sales experience went south 3 days after we got the car home. We were not notified by orem Mazda but were contacted by a new to us credit union with a thank you for creating a new account. I did not authorize orem mazda did this. Then 4 months after owning the car we scheduled to get an oil change because the sales man said labor only. Then I was told I would have to pay for the filter only the oil was included. Beware of the sales staff they will tell you what they think you want and come up with excuses later. Not lying just car sales I guess.

I bought my new 2020 Mazda CX-30 here, and had an awesome experience. The staff were friendly and helpful! They just finished construction on a brand new building and it is beautiful! I've also had lots of different work done here (services, installing Apple Car Play, window tinting) and have always been met with friendly faces. They work quickly and efficiently, and even have Diet Coke for me to sip on while I wait. I live in Holladay and will drive all the way to Orem to come to this Mazda dealership!

With some of the negative reviews about Orem Mazda, we were hesitant to use this dealership; however, we had a fabulous experience with our sales person, Debra. We had located a car on the Internet and scheduled a test drive. Debra kept us informed before, during, and after about the car and its features. I wish I could give them zero stars. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but in this case I am highly motivated given the levels of dishonesty and ethics violations by Orem Mazda. When I was shopping for a car I insisted and was given assurances that the car I was buying had a clean title. Sales staff even produced a fraudulent 'clean' CarFax report that showed the car had never been in an accident. Lo and behold some months later an accident 'magically' shows up on the CarFax report that occurred on a date PRIOR to my purchase date. The vehicle was a LEASE VEHICLE MANAGED

I can't even begin to explain the frustration I have had with this dealership. They have wasted so much of my time so I will cut to the chase and not waste any of yours. Save yourself some money and heartache and do not purchase a car from here.
