I am very satisfied with my Pilates practice at Hudson Pilates. The studio is neat and clean. All the equipment I have used so far had been in good condition and the staff keeps it organized. I have only attended a few classes, but that was enough to convince me to buy a package to continue my Pilates practice. Pilates has made my body stronger and I have more energy during the day. Hudson Pilates offers classes Sunday-Saturday at very convenient times. would recommend the studio for your practice too.
