Called at the minute the business closed and spoke with Lanier who was happy to stay twenty minutes past closing to help me with an issue created either by my own carelessness or by State Farm's web site. Lanier was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Please call this agent rather than endure State Farm's web site, you'll be glad you did.

Spencer McCain stole me over from progressive, and helped me save and bundle home insurance and auto insurance. He is always one call or email away, and always gets me taken care of, no matter the request. To be quite honest, I’ve never maintained a solid, consistent rapport with an agent before but Spencer has changed that for sure.

I called to get some information on behalf of our mutual client. The lady I spoke with would cut me off mid-sentence every time and told me she could not provide the information without authorization, which I completely understand. I asked her to get authorization from the customer and she refused. I’m not sure why this would be a problem given that every other State Farm office is willing to send this information over or gets authorization from the client and then send it over.
I’ve never had this issue with a State Farm office before. The lady was so rude that I felt compelled to write this

I cannot say enough about the prompt customer service I have received through Dale Massey's office. Lanier Roberts was my lifesaver when I got rear ended and a cracked windshield. I contacted her immediately in both incidents, and she was so helpful, provided wonderful customer service and told me exactly what I needed to do to get my car taken care of! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a State Farm agent!

When I was switching insurance agents after moving to the nearby area from out of state, I knew I wanted to stay with State Farm. After visiting Tara Benvie at the Dale Massey Agency, I immediately knew it was the right choice. She made me feel like I never left "home" and has handled every one of my claims or requests better than I could have ever imagined. I hope all State Farm customers receive the same type of care that Tara provides.

I've been a customer of Dale Massey's State Farm office for 26+ years. Even though some of the faces may have changed over time, I have always received excellent service from every person I've worked with over the years. I moved out of the area years ago, but I have stayed with this office due to the great service I've always received.

After 20 years with State Farm, this office is the reason that I canceled. The employees are "nice" in their words but show no engagement or interest in being helpful. Their response to me canceling all my policies was simply "thank you for your business" without addressing their lack of replies to problems. If you like State Farm, use another office/agent.
