Services
Captain Tommy D. Klepper, USN Retired, served in the U.S. Navy for 25 years. He is a native of Wayne, Oklahoma, and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1976. After graduation, he coached and taught high school in Purcell, Oklahoma until 1978. While living in Purcell, he also assisted in the operation of M. Klepper Real Estate.
