Like most industries, we've experienced much longer lead-times from our suppliers this past year. We are doing our best to be understanding of the situation and work though these issues together with our suppliers. We're doing everything we can as the middle man to speed up the process and we appreciate your patience.

These people are extremely difficult to deal with.. 2-day turnaround time for a small piece of glass have to go into their office sign a quote etc etc it's like a three-step process just for a little piece of glass. I would recommend C and C glass in clairmont.. A quick phone conversation they're going to have it cut in an hour and they only charge 10 bucks.

It's so hard to find good companies like this anymore! Everyone from the woman who answered our call, to the estimator, to the guys who came to install, were friendly and knowledgeable and made for a great experience.

Called for a simple shower door repair on Wednesday. I knew they were going to be difficult when was told that they had to call me back just to make an appointment within 48 hours?! Really ? A call back in 2 days just to make an appointment?! I informed them that I am busy and may not be available when the chose to call back so they suggested email. Its a week later and still no return call OR email just to set up an inspection. I told them I was leaving this week out of the country and they obviously don't care. This simple repair will probably take them 10 minutes but National Glass is apparently

Eh. Read about all these great reviews and gave this company a call. What a waste of time. I called and talked to the receptionist who was very rude and impatient. Gave her my information and what I needed done. She did not give me a call back until 2 days laater. By that time I already had the job done by Advance glass and mirror in the same exact day. Please don't waste your time with this place.

Our kids broke a large aluminum-framed plate glass window at home on a Saturday afternoon.
I called and let a message for National Glass and Mirror on Sunday and they returned by call at 8:15 AM on Monday, which was great!
The person on the phone was polite and knowledgable, asked a few questions to give an accurate bid over the phone, and their installer was at my house by 9:30 AM and finished by 10:00.
The installer was great, very personable, polite and respectful. Good pricing too.
Would definitely recommend National Glass and Mirror. The other reviews here on Yelp were spot on!
