A+ all the way. I contacted Jeff at Patriot glass about a glass panel railing we wanted around our hillside pool deck. He responded quickly, quoted a clear and fair price and was ready for install within a week.
The install went smooth and the finished product exceeded our expectation. All completed in one day.

I hate having to write a bad review but this company is terrible. First they are rude. Second, they broke a pane of glass while installing the railing and it shattered and damaged a large section of my wood flooring. They made no attempt to cover the flooring before installing. They did a terrible installation job, with several sharp edges of metal protruding and even injured both of us in the house. The handrail isn't straight. The top channel is not even flush. There are so many issues with this company and installation job they really don't deserve to be in business. The last straw was them
