We are a staff of professionals that base our success on our patients' long-term good health. Reliable Home Care has been wonderful in helping our family with my mother. They took care of my mother for the last six years of her life on a 24/7 basis both at an assisted living facility and in her private home as she suffered from Alzheimer's disease and slowly deteriorated.
They were with her until her last breath. The care was better than I could ever have done myself. They were reliable (as their name suggests) but also, patient, compassionate and trustworthy. My mother was always well dressed clean and comfortable and her home was kept in a immaculate condition. And I always loved the smell of the cooking.

Bongi and her staff at Reliable Home Care delivered outstanding 24/7 care to my mother over 4 agonizing years before she finally passed. Reliable Home Care was hired to provide personal care for our 96 year old father. The services provided by Reliable Home Care LLC were outstanding! The aide who cared for my elderly parent was professional, knowledgeable, caring and proactive. She was always kind, respectful, positive, open and truthful. She told him she was his advocate and she became just that. An aide from Reliable Home Care provided service to my elderly father during the last months of his life. I found her to be caring, kind, reliable, and professional, but personable. Suggestions for my father’s care improved his life. Services were provided inside an Assisted Living Center, and they were able to integrate their private duties with the staff and protocols of the corporation. His aide maintained his dignity while providing personal care and was integral in making the last months of his life more pleasant both for him and for his family. We have been with Reliable Home Care now for 3 years, they’ve been so good to us they gave us a peace of mind we were looking for, we’ve tried other Agencies but the was always something then we would end up changing to another company until we found Reliable Home Care. The staff is very friendly and reliable I mean they are always on time and my Mom is happy and always look neat and beautiful. I just can’t thank them enough. Thank you Reliable Home Care for caring. I wasn't too sure what to expect until I hired Reliable Home Care. My grandmother had gotten to the point where she could not take of herself. I live in Pennsylvania and my siblings in other various states other than NY.
