Okay, let's keep this simple and accurate. I went into Top Shop in Palmetto to get a installation quote for some simple side steps for my 1998 Wrangler. My jaw dropped when he quoted me over $500 to install at 5 labor hours. I questioned the quote and number of labor time for good reason....uh....it was way out of line. Remove 4 body mount bolts add brackets and tighten. The guy was not nice and obviously did not want the business. Well they lost mine and anyone I ever talk too.

Wanted to give my 08 Tundra some much needed attention. Wanted to give it a little lift but wasn't sure of what all I need to do and buy. Tori greeted us and walked us through everything we needed. Making recommendations on lift kits, suspension upgrades and even wheels and tires to make sure we ended up with the look we were after. Tori was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to walk us through everything we needed and explained the timing needed for the upgrades. She then went ahead and got us on the schedule. Looking forward to getting the work done. We stopped in to order Floor mats and roof racks for our new wrangler JL. Last year we purchased some window visors and had them installed on our 2 dr Wrangler. Last years experience was fine and the staff was very helpful and courteous. I can't say that about this years experience.
We offered a pair of unboxed light brackets for their consideration to purchase from us. The JL brackets were brand new and unboxed. They were 200$ brackets and we offered them to them for $100. I completely understand why they might not want to purschase equipment from an individual but the girl could have

I'd like to give them a better rating, prior to this weekend I would have given them 4-5 stars, but a couple missteps on my last round of purchases and installation dragged their score down. I had a tonneau cover installed and window deflectors installed without issue. Ordering and install both went according to design. The bed rail lights and bed extender are another story. The bed extender package did not include all of the parts for a drill-less install (it will be another +$50), which I specifically requested if it did include prior to ordering, and the bed rail LEDs they installed stopped
