My recent purchase of a set of 4 Play 4P50 wheels was made extremely pleasurable by my sales associate Steve Wilson. He had plenty of knowledge about the product and provided me locations to go to view the wheels I planned to purchase prior to the purchase making my choice much easier. Even when the order had a couple of minor glitches Steve was extremely nice and understanding and took care of my issues immediately. Great experience. David Sosa was very helpful. The online order wasn't going through so he reached out to see if I needed anything. He confirmed the wheels were in stock and placed the order for me over the phone. I wasn't sure what lug nuts and locking lug nuts to get but he set me up with the right ones. The wheels arrived quickly and everything fit perfectly.

Very good buying experience. Professional and patient ordering process, and delivery was very fast. All wheels were excellent with absolutely no defects. Order included all necessary hardware. Turns out I did not need the pressure monitors, so they were shipped back and I obtained a full refund for the pressure monitors.
