I believe Tow Industries is best tow trucks sales company. The employees here are very friendly and professional. I bought my first tow truck about 4 months ago. My truck run very well and everything is good. Henry was the sales person, he was very professional and easy to deal with. A tow truck just cut me off exiting vincent ave in west covina. No turn signals no nothing. No apology no nothing. If this is the way all the drivers drive, I can't even imagine how they tow peoples vehicles. Careless driving all thru the 605 and a few drivers had seen it as well. I have it on my dashcam as well.

I called AAA who sent a technician from tow industries to jump start my RV. I formerly paid for RV plus service but cancelled after this incident. The technician said he didnt know how to jump start my winnebago. So I cancelled my membership and called Sams club. Within 5 minutes a technician was able to jumpstart my RV??? I have since bought the same battery pack the technician used and I am able to jumpstart start my RV anytime easily yet tow industries doesnt know how? AAA said that I would have to have my RV towed to the shop. This particular technician does not even know how to jumpstart an

I saw a tow truck roll back I wanted to purchase, Henry was my sales man we had a few problems after the deal was made with the tow truck( but what can you expect from a truck thats over 10 years old) Henry took action right away made sure the problem was solved he took the extra mile on every turn called me daily to give me updates any other dealer would have just took the money and ignore the rest. This place is a joke. I know the name is everywhere but when it comes to repairs do not take your truck here. My trucks been sitting here 17 days and absolutely nothing has been done to it. It came in with a hydraulic cylinder leaking in my wheel lift and a leak on the bed cylinder but for two weeks they couldn't find the problem and saying that The bed was fine, they can't re-create the problem. I get there and re-create the problem and they look at me and say oh we can take care of it. I told him you had two weeks and did absolutely nothing so I'm taking my truck somewhere else

Tow industries is not closed, they have moved to W. Covina. They are the manufacture of tow equipment and not the drivers noted on this reivew, just because the have their name on the mug flaps of the trucks they produce. I want to thank Jessica for her kindness and responsiveness while we were looking for a new Truck. Their facility is quite impressive and they were producing beautiful equipment. Even though they didn't have the unit we were looking for at the time, as it would have required several weeks to build.
Jessica and Mark were great. I would highly recommend her anytime
