RUDE RUDE RUDE! i had AAA send me a tow because my car broke down. i was told 45min... i waited close to 2 hours for someone to show up and the driver (Victor) was so rude. didn't even say hi or introduce himself. my tow was refused because of my car. and he talked to me like i was stupid.
i also tried calling when they were late and the phone wouldn't go through! have me the disconnected phone dial tone.

Had a nightmare of time getting a tow through AAA We were stranded for over 2 hours in the rain! Finally AAA dispatched Brea towing and they were finally able to find us and get the job done! Amber is who we spoke to over the phone to confirm our location and she was so kind and helpful! Kept in communication with us about what was going on with the driver and made sure the driver got to the right location (something 3 other tow companies weren't able to do)! So thankful for this companies diligence and kindness!

When your truck breaks down and you wait in the dark when it is raining for the AAA tow truck and you get Brea Towing, don't expect to get help. They were over 1 hour later than their estimate, and the driver looked at the truck and said he would not tow it because it was what he classified to be a commercial vehicle. We pay more to have have Premier RV towing --- how much larger is a Chevy truck with a lockbox in the back than an RV? He said he would call his dispatch to make sure, and very quickly he came back and denied help. So after over 2.5 hours that we waited, he drove away leaving

Waited 4 1/2 hours from the initial call to AAA. Called dispatch myself to check on ETA customer service reps were rude. I understand it was a busy night but, Once the tow truck arrived it was all good, Michael was professional, knowledgeable and took care of my vehicle. The 5 stars are for the driver Michael. I requested their service and the technician who arrived to help broke a cable that opens the hood of the car after installing a new battery that I bought from them, and he didn't say anything about it until I got to a gas station try to open it to check the water & oil but didn't open, it was in good working condition right before when he work in the car. Try to talk to a supervisor after 5 phone calls that I made, I finally spoke with him, he told me that he'll call me back in about 15 to 20 minutes to resolve the problem but he hasn't return the call is being two days

Anaheim police Dept used this company to tow my car and hold it for 30days. After 30days I was going to pay whatever fees due and get my vehicle back & it's contents which estimated at least $3k(Xmas presents, new phones, new shoes, clothes w/receipts). I had called to check on it right when the 30days was up & they gave me a price. Then I called 3days later, spoke to a lady to verify the price. Order a truck for aaa and they came quick to my house but then said I needed moving permit. I told them the wheels are not going to touch the ground, because they bought a flatbed. So went to aaa location and got a permit and asked aaa to send them out again. Waited for over 40 mins and they cancel the tow without notifying me. Had to call and find out.

Contracted through AAA, driver never showed up. Called Brea Towing to ask what happened to their driver; their response: "driver couldn't find the address and just left".
They had my cell phone# and contact details but never contacted me about this; speaks volumes of work ethic and lack of professionalism.
My address and home are visible on google maps, I've had many technicians come to this address without any problems until Brea Towing.

Herb of Brea towing was excellent. As a member of AAA, Brea Towing was hired to tow my car after I stalled out. Their service was phenomenal, was on time, professional and Herb was polite & friendly. Herb was hardworking, quick to get the car loaded on his truck, and drove me to my auto mechanic with no problems. Would highly recommend Brea Towing.

My gear shifter lever snapped rendering my truck un-drivable leaving me stranded.
Luckily I remembered I had AAA service which dispatched the call to Brea Towing. I kid you not the tow truck arrived in 10 minutes and offered to take me straight to my mechanic for the repair.
And the driver was great even telling jokes on the way to drop my truck off. Thanks for turning a very stressful negative situation into a positive experience.

Driver's name was Adam my name is also Adam ironically showed up to my friend's house where I had bought a vehicle off of him truck had expired tags and had to be rolled out of the driveway. I thought my initial problem was that my alternator was bad. Adam and Nate came by so quickly to come help me and see what the problem was, and thankfully it turned out that i most likely just need a new battery.
These guys were so kind, so honest, and so upfront about what my issue was. Adam made sure my car was running just fine and helped me with a couple small issues and I was able to drive back home within 20 min. These guys are amazing and will forever get free Starbucks from me for sure 😂 Thank you Adam for everything and if I ever need any kind of help I’ll make sure to call for help

This Company is A SCAM The tow truck driver must've been on drugs he over hydraulic lift my front end off my car and then forgot when he was taking it off and rolled down the hill and smashed into the building right now nobody wants to Take responsibility of the owner Sam will not give me his insurance so I can file that it's gotten to the point where at I asked to get my car repaired from the damages they did to the point where I had to get a property damage Attorney and not ask for a fix but go for the whole 9 yards.

After being super polite and patient with them for about two hours, they left me stranded. Literally couldn't be bothered. What really sucks is I've used this place about 4-5x - The last two times the drivers have offered to do it for cash. I didn't say anything.
This time the front desk told me they are sorry but to try a different company. Sorry to whomever the owner is of this place, your employees hate you and show you through how they treat your customers.

We waited over an hour and a half for a tow. The first driver claimed he came by and we weren't there, and that he texted us and called us. That's 3 lies. We were sitting in a small, empty parking lot, with only one entrance, and he never came by. He never texted. He never called.
