These people are the most unprofessional company I've ever in countered. The are not trained at all in customer service and lack proper etiquette. They are a bunch of clowns running a circus. Management will never take responsibility for any issues and are slum lords. Their properties are run down and filthy. This company is under investigation from the state. And hopefully they will be shut down soon.

Not even worth a star! Within days of moving into one of their properties, we noticed the heat did not work in the upstairs and the windows leaked so bad that the curtains moved and the inside would frost up on cold nights (like the inside of a freezer) . We notified them of this every time we dropped off our rent and the secretary always "left a note for maintenance". And within months the sinks started leaking, my foot went thru the bathroom floor because there was a hole they decided just to cover up with lanolium, and doors and finishing were falling off. They also switched our property manager
