A few days ago I needed to get new renters insurance and was calling around companies and called this one. I spoke to a Jennifer she was very polite and professional she explained clearly about the policy i would have and quoting and didnt take all day doing so. So i signed up! Most representatives over the phone are rude and unprofessional and dont even really care, Jennifer showed me otherwise thank you!

Wanted to recognize Clay Fitzhugh for his help in establishing our homeowners & insurance policy. Clay is extremely knowledgeable and thorough about all of the details of each policy. I just wanted to share that Elizabeth has been a great help with me and my mom. My mom only speak Spanish therefore Elizabeth has never hesitated to help out and explain stuff to my mom. After us being with Allsate for years we were really nervous about moving companies but Elizabeth did an amazing job and it was a very smooth process. Even after us getting the policy she gave us a better deal than Allsate and made sure me and my mom were taken care of. She is very sweet and has great customer service. She is super quick with her emails i never have to wait a long period of time for her response

I was shopping around to lower my vehicle insurance and saw some good rates with State Farm. I had been with State Farm since I had turned 16 but dropped them when I relocated to TX 14 years ago. Clay Fitzhugh called me the next day and discussed a policy with me. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. I am saving money with my new policy and glad to be back home with State Farm!

One star is way more than what this agent deserve! They have inexperience people working with very poor customer service skills. They NEVER return phone calls and Jon has not problem telling that he doesn't follow up with his customers. Go anywhere else, I am confident that you can find better customer service anywhere else.

Stay Far Away! This place will scam you and bring you in at a low rate....but beware!
I don't know why the team at Essary State Farm took action but when I mentioned switching (Did not confirm) they immediately had my policy increased from $172 to $198 and charged me a $100 re-instatement fee. Find someone who is more honest and transparent, Jon Essary is not.

Jon Essary has been my State Farm agent since I moved to Texas, and my experience with him and his office has been exemplary. Any time I have had a question, he has been available to answer it. He is easy to reach via email and I have always felt like his #1 priority when corresponding with him. He is so friendly and helpful, I'm sure he makes all his clients feel that way.

GREAT EXCELLENT DANG NEAR PERFECT!!! Even the coffee is Awesome!!! Switched from Progressive and saved on my insurance 140 a MONTH on our 2 cars and home renters insurance... THIS IS NO JOKE!!! THANK YOU LANE!!! The other agents were pleasant enough, but Lane, was Great!! They even help finance, refinance a house, car, whatever!! Professionalism is thru the window!!! 10 star review.
