At Movement Physiotherapy, our mission is simple: We help you move better so you can feel and perform better. If you have pain or mobility issues, come in and let us help you get back to doing the things you love to do. With personal one-on-one care and a healthy mix of manual therapy and specialized exercise programs designed just for your needs, Tyler and his team will get you back to doing the things you love.
We believe in a Relationship First approach. Establishing an authentic connection with every patient is a pillar of our treatment model at Movement Physiotherapy. These relationships achieve better outcomes through reciprocal accountability and trust. Bigger is not always better. With many of the larger physical therapy clinic chains in the region, personal attention often gets lost.

Back pain is one of the most common issues that send people of all ages to see a physical therapist. A strong, flexible back is central to proper movement, and when you suffer from back pain or stiffness, your quality of life is greatly impacted. Back pain is generally categorized as acute or chronic.
Knee pain can be detrimental to a person's overall quality of life. Experiencing pain while walking, going up and down stairs, kneeling to get in and out of bed can hinder mobility and keep you from doing many of the things you love to do. Patella Tendonitis is inflammation of the patellar tendon, causing severe knee pain.
Plantar fasciitis is An inflammation of a thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes. The inflamed tissue runs across the bottom of the foot. Symptoms include stabbing pain near the heel. Pain might be worst in the morning. At Movement Physiotherapy, we specialize in the non invasive treatment for Plantar fasciitis.
In most cases, damage to the biceps tendon is due to a lifetime of normal activities. As we age, our tendons slowly weaken with everyday wear and tear. This degeneration can be worsened by overuse - repeating the same shoulder motions again and again. Pain or tenderness in the front of the shoulder, which worsens with overhead lifting or activity.

Tyler and his team got me walking and back on my feet quickly. My severe ankle sprain impacted my daily life, and every time I left from my appointment with Tyler, I was able to move better and bend my ankle more. Tyler knows exercises that really make a difference, and the various stretches and massages were so helpful. Don’t wait to get help! Tyler and his team will be my first call for any injury or even for strengthening. Thanks Tyler!

Deciding to trust Tyler and his team at Movement and Physiotherapy has been one of the best decisions of my baseball career. They have helped me fully recover from an elbow injury that sidelined me from this past college season. Not only am I pain free but I have even gained more velocity on the pitchers mound. If you are looking to make a serious commitment to getting healthy MP is the place to go.

Tyler and his staff are amazing. I injured my low back and thought I would be in pain with limited mobility for a while, however, I started feeling better after my first appointment. After only a few weeks, I feel better than I did before my injury. I highly recommend Movement Physiotherapy & Performance.

I highly recommend Movement Physiotherapy!! Tyler is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He works very well with kids and does an amazing job at motivating them. My 8-year-old son had to have ankle surgery at the beginning of baseball season. Tyler was quick to fit him in and in less than two months of surgery was back out on the baseball field. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my son’s progress and the great care he receives at Movement Physiotherapy!
