Services
Hi my name is Terri Nakamura and I'm the owner of Stepping Stones Learning Center. I've been blessed with biological 3 children, 3 adopted children and one foster daughter. We are very active in sports, church, and school. I dedicate a lot of my time with my kids and their various activities as well as volunteer in our community and I attend New Hope Church.
The registration fee, which covers admin work, insurance, classroom supplies, subscriptions, and classroom prep and planning time, is non-refundable. Please call 360-519-3894 for an appointment. Both of my children attended this preschool. My first went for 3 years and my youngest for 1 year. As a self proclaimed paranoid parent, Terri and her teachers were absolutely excellent and I felt absolutely no worries when it came to leaving my children in their care. I will be forever grateful for my kids time there.

This preschool has changed my child’s life for the better. I can’t say enough positive things regarding the teachers and the owner Terri who everyday meet the kids with open arms and huge smiles. You can tell they put in the work to care about the well being of your child. They have really fun lessons and come up with awesome science experiences that my little one was mesmerized by. The facility is well laid out and clean, but more than that you can feel the warmth when walking in the door. I would give them 100 stars if I could. My child has thrived and I’m very particular. Love this preschool! The teachers are amazing, friendly, and truly care for our children. My daughter blossomed here and was SO ready for kindergarten after. I'm so glad we chose this school! They learn alot but also get to truly play, as the should at this age! 100% recommend.

Where to start? I can't say enough good things about this place. My daughter (3 years old) has been going to their summer camps this summer. These women are so caring, loving and kind that when I drop off my child, I know she'll be safe and loved. As a parent there is nothing that will give you more peace of mind like leaving your child with people that you know care about your child just like you. They constantly praise her, they're fun and make the time fly! My daughter absolutely looooves this school, I would enroll her for the whole year if it weren't because we're pretty far away to do the
