The good: the sales guy explained the process and the vehicle was more or less picked up and delivered without issue.
The bad: The claims process to recoup damages and the time & effort to do so.
One major piece of advice: Meticulously record the damage the car has at the time of receipt on the driver's record sheet AND file it with the company as soon as possible (I believe they have a 24-hour window to claim damages). Inspect the INTERIOR & EXTERIOR (don't forget about the interior)! Don't feel bad for the driver or the company, just do it. It will protect yourself from costly repairs. Check
