Customer Service here was absolutely perfect. I needed 2 pop up banners for an event - THE NEXT DAY. I ordered at 10am on Monday and the banners were ready Tuesday by 9am. Didn't pay for rush processing, they are just awesome like that. They are downtown, in the tunnels, they even offered to bring the banners out to my car so I didn't have to park. THANK YOU CREST!

We are so happy with all of the work that Crest has done for us. From straightforward business cards to a complicated 30th anniversary commemorative company book project, Steve and his team always make sure they understand the specs to the smallest detail, offer advice on adjustments to make the final product even better, and are so responsive to communications. Recently moved to Houston. Stumbled upon Crest Printing in the McKinney tunnel. I have done 4 printing jobs with Crest and every one was perfect. I have been working with "Steve." He matches the quotes I bring him from other printers. He turns around the work very quickly, usually next day. I am fussy about printing and this place is very good.

I'm in California and needed to print some last-minute documents for a student at a conference in Houston. The FedEx at the George Brown convention center gave me a quote of $500 (for 100 2-sided documents that needed cropping for full bleed). Crest charged $50 and did beautiful work. We are so grateful to them. They were also friendly and helpful on the phone.

I can't recommend this business enough. I was presenting a poster at a conference at a nearby hotel in Houston when right before my flight out of DC my poster was ruined by rain. I found a local printer in Houston for a new copy and I'm so happy I called this place. The person on the phone was immensely helpful and I was able to send them the PDF and set up the print . They went above and beyond to make sure I got my poster in time, and when my flight was delayed and I wasn't going to be able to pick it up in time before closing they delivered it to the local hotel no extra cost. Every time I called

Seriously - fantastic. Had a client flying in to Houston who needed new business cards, I called up Crest from out here in California. Sent them some PDFs and by the time my client was getting settled into her hotel room, Crest had delivered the cards to the front desk.
So the turnaround was something like 2 or 3 hours. I wouldn't always expect that (as they could have a large order or something), but the work was fast, very well done, professional and on top of that they delivered it!
I work with a lot of print shops and when someone is this personable and attentive, it deserves note

I needed some resumes and cover letters printed. She was able to do it within 5 minutes. However, she was not very nice about it. Apparently, I caught her right before a deadline and she made it clear I was inconveniencing her the whole time. I even offered to come back at a better time, but there was no better time so she just did it then. Her attitude made me uncomfortable, but I needed the resumes and cover letters.
