Services
ADR Environmental is a full service company that accommodates homeowners, commercial property owners, insurance companies, and realtors. We specialize in tank removals, site remediation, wetland delineations, and permitting. We offer soil and groundwater remediation, 24 hour spill response, environmental consulting, and LSRP services.
ADR Environmental offers a wide range of environmental services and works on residential, commercial, and industrial sites. No matter the issue, we can help the responsible party comply with all NJDEP regulations. We have a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and a licensed Sub-surface Evaluator (SSE) on staff to handle almost any environmental problem that may arise.
ADR Environmental (ADR) understands that a succesful real estate closing may be contingent on the removal of an underground storage tank(s). To meet the needs of all parties involved we will expedite such jobs so the closing can proceed. Immediatly after our proposal is signed by the property owner ADR will apply for the required local permits and call in a mark-out of utilities for the property.
ADR Environmental offers a wide range of services related to wetland delineation and permitting. We can perform a site assessment and discuss your development options or perform a full wetland delineation and submit a report to New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) or the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE) for approval.

Report
Horrible company. We had a terrible experience with a very arrogant owner. I did my best to comply with there excessive 2/3 deposit, and having to pay my attorney to write the contract the way it's supposed to be because they couldn't. They dragged this along to the very last days. Also the pay ahead system they force on you is just unfair. Most sellers don't want to use a company like this because of the LSRP reporting obligations anyway.
