To those who may wonder if these consistent 5-star reviews are legitimate, THEY ARE! I am a patient of Vivian Lee Orthodontics for about two years and there wasn't a single day that I did not smile when entering their office. Their service resembles much like a typical Chick-Fil-A. Every single staffs at Vivian's were incredibly nice and made me feel like a family member. My most valuable experience at this orthodontics was Dr. Vivian Lee herself. Regardless of having many patients, she tries her best to remember every single one of our names and some details about our personal lives

We have been coming to Vivian Lees office for over a year and a half and highly recommended by friends. The staff is always nice, always punctual with appointment times, and one of the cleanest offices we have ever seen. Overall they do an amazing job and glad we chose this ortho for our sons braces.

Dr. Lee and her team took such great care of me! I live in NorCal and am visiting family down here and had sort of an orthodontic emergency - my wire had shifted and was digging very deeply into the back of my cheek causing tremendous pain. Since I won't be back up north for over a week, I searched on Yelp in a panic to find someone to relieve the pain. Another orthodontist shot me down, but Dr. Lee said that she would see me! She fixed me all up, gave me a topical numbing medication for the pain and sent me on my way. Thank you Dr. Lee for your kindness!!! I can eat and sleep again!

Dr. Vivian Lee came highly recommended from friends and we've recommended her to several families. I was immediately impressed with her education, specialties and detail oriented evaluation. She is excellent. Her treatment plan and timeline were better than several local orthodontists. Treatment has been excellent. Our son's concerns were complex and all were addressed beyond our satisfaction. He received treatment during the pandemic & we always felt safe in the office and that our heath was a priority for her team.

My journey with Invisalign has been a very very amazing experience because of the team who worked together. This place has the best staff and Dr.Lee is just such a pleasant and positive person.
I came to them because they were referred by my best friend who had braces. She had nothing but good things to say and I thought this is going to be a part of my wedding journey, why not choose a place that gives excellent service.

My 3 kids are patients with Dr Vivian Lee
She is an amazing orthodontist, and is so involved with each of her patients.
I never had a problem with appointments or if I had to cancel and reschedule.

Been going here for the past almost six months, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the staff. Both my sisters got their work done here (one braces and the other Invisalign) and both of their teeth look perfect, so I know mine are on their way there. Evelyn was especially nice, chasing me down the hall after I left my purse in the office just to make sure I got it back, and doing my mouth detailing with exemplary precision. Very excited for the rest of my journey with this office.

So far I have completed 99% of the progress and I am very satisfied with the treatment with Dr. Lee. She is very gentle, patient and professional. The clinic is also very clean. Although one tooth is still slightly crooked, it's because I still need a minor dental surgery with other doctor. I will see whether my teeth are good I expected after the surgery.

My son came when his two front teeth were crooked. After our initial consultation it was determined that he would need braces and potentially a spacer. At first I was hesitant as I was hoping it wasn't necessary, but we trusted the process and really glad we did.
A year later braces and spacers are off and his teeth look great. Thanks Dr.Vivian for always taking the time to explain and squeezing us in whenever there was an emergency. That made all the difference in the world! During these Covid times I appreciate the extra and effort you took to keep us all safe! Keep up the good work!

Dr. Vivian Lee is the BEST orthodontist in all of San Gabriel Valley!!! Her office is located in the City of Arcadia in the new Hale Medical Building right next to the Santa Anita Race Track and the Westfield mall! Dr. Lee spared no expense when it came to building out her practice and it shows. Everything in her office is cutting edge and brand new. Every visit is warm and welcoming and her staff are friendly and professional just like the doctor herself!!! Coffee, tea, and water are always available after patients check in by using their fingerprints on the laptop at the reception area.

We are really thankful to Dr Lee. My daughter's teeth has had a lot of problems growing up. Her front teeth was not straight at all, her adult teeth was not coming out, and her bite got some problems. Dr.Lee fixed it all. We worries so much about her teeth not just cosmetic reasons. She started grinding her teeth at sleeps. After she saw Dr. Lee, this problem went away too. If you need a fix on your teeth, please consult Dr. Lee. She can definitely help you or to give you some advice to say the least.
