I am the treatment coordinator here at Wu Orthodontics. I am responsible for making financial arrangements, scheduling appointments, and processing insurance so our patients' experience is as easy and stress-free as possible. I love meeting new patients and getting to know them throughout their treatment.
When you arrive to our office, you'll meet our stellar team, receive a full exam and create a customized treatment plan with our Doctor and our Treatment Coordinator. We'll go over costs, your insurance options and discuss our flexible and affordable financial plans. My son had invisalign and the treatment was very good. Please note that invisalign cost $6,330 for the 17 month treatment to correct an overbite and after completion I was asked to pay an additional $1,000 for retainers. I just wanted others to have full disclosure since I was not extended this courtesy and was quite surprised when they asked for more money at the end of a very expensive treatment.

Dr. Wu came highly recommended to us and we are beyond thankful! We had continued concerns after my daughter got her braces off elsewhere, and came to Dr. Wu for a consultation. She is incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional, fair and patient. She gives her personal attention to each family at every appointment. If I had to recommend anybody for Orthodontic treatment, I would definitely recommend Wu Orthodontics. Dr. Wu, the orthodontic assistants, and all the staff are wonderful! They will always make sure that you are in good hands and will make sure that you leave with a smile on your face. It is really hard for me to give a not so great review of this place and of people I personally met. I wanted to forget this even happened and the fact that I paid so much money to be disappointed, so I didn't write a review earlier, but it affects me every day.

My son just finished his Invisalign work at Dr. Wu's Orthodontics yesterday! What an outstanding experience. Dr. Wu corrected an overbite and he went from a mouth of teeth all over the place to a beautiful smile in a short period of time and with minimal pain all using Invisalign. The customer service is impeccable, we always felt welcome, and Dr. Wu is amazing. She is a master of Invisalign and can do magic with it! (and as a bonus, she is a lovely person all together). I am so thankful we found her. If you have a child in need of orthodontics, you need to come to Dr. Wu. I wish I had this experience

This is my second round of braces. I slacked off on retainers after middle school. My upper front tooth became 45 degree crooked, and most teeth were misaligned. I found Dr. Wu via Yelp, and was impressed on my initial consultation visit. The office is very clean. The staff are very friendly. Dr. Wu discovered my receding gum problem and referred me to a very capable periodontist for treatment before i can start with her.
Through out the two and half year treatment, Dr. Wu was very patient and accommodating

My daughter just got her braces off and it was all a great experience. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Wu is a pleasure to deal with. She's happy, intelligent, and listens to my concerns with care. My daughter always get comfortable going in the back without me as I dealt wIth my small children in the lobby. They also have toys in the lobby wHich is an absolute blessing.

Wu Orthodontics is amazing! Not only are they professional, courteous and kind, they make you feel like your part the family. I trust them implicitly with my children’s orthodontic treatments as well with my own (they also do adult orthodontic treatments). I've been going to Wu Orthodontics for about a year now. I was referred by Dr Joe (Little Crown) in Pasadena who's our regular dentist.
They team at this office has provided excellent service each visit. They are good at what they do and aim to provide excellent service. They've been available for my questions and concerns.
They are not the cheapest or more affordable you will find but if you are looking for quality service this is the place. They have payments plans as well and are willing to work out a plan with you.

I went in today for my first visit with Dr Wu. Her staff was very friendly to myself and my girls. The office is extremely clean, organized and very well decorated. Dr Wu is very professional, knowledgeable and great with kids. My daughter was nervous when we first sat down in the chair but she made her feel comfortable and relaxed after speaking with her. I've heard wonderful things about her and her practice from multiple people and we are looking forward to her working on our daughters teeth. I highly recommend this practice.

WOW!!! It's finally over I should have written this review about 2 mths ago. Anyway I can say this was an exciting and great experience for me and my family. My son , daughter are so pleased with the service and results. Before my son wouldn't smile or he would cover his smile. Now he's very confident himself. My daughter won't stay out of the mirror ! Most of all the customer service was outstanding! For me that's really important. I just would like to thank Dr. Wu and her OUTSTANDING staff for taking care of my kids for the past 1 and 1/2 year.

And during my appointment I was also told if I would like to move forward with the treatment plan then you guys would take the X-ray for me. There might have miscommunication in between but thats what I heard during the consultation.
Second, yes, I got the quote and there was an initial treatment idea but not the ideal solution. Then you told me to find someone else. To be honest, I went in with hope but ended up leaving with the feeling

Dr Wu & her team are phenomenal! Im not so young relative to the majority of her clients and so my teeth were set in their ways. I had overcrowding, a huge gap between two teeth due to a prior extraction, overactive sinuses & a pregnancy as challenges. I guess I could start with how problematic my teeth situation was. I had an open bite, which looked like a slight underbite with teeth that didn't touch in the front. It was a nightmare trying to pronounce my "s" or "c" sounds because of the lisp. Easy to avoid except my name starts with an "s"! I had orthodontia many, many (many) years ago. The end result after my 3-yr treatment (in the late 90s) was the need for a very painful jaw surgery to close the open bite- I opted out of that! I never wore my retainers and alas me teeth

Dr. Wu is the only orthodontist I would trust to perform orthodontic treatment on me! I'm so happy to have stumbled upon her practice. I have had braces twice before by another orthodontist but was not satisfied with the finished result. I got braces in middle school and wore my retainers diligently for 20 years (don't worry, I got several replacements over the years). My retainers broke and I was too busy to get a replacement (had a baby). After 6 months of not wearing retainers, I had a gap in my front teeth / noodle depository. I love noodles, so this was a tremendous inconvenience.

I've been coming here for the past few years and this review is past due. My kids loved coming here since the staffs are friendly, they get prizes and the place is kid friendly. My kids have done cavity fills without any nitrous oxide because the procedure has been done very gently. My son had two root canals without any problems either. We have been to two other pediatric dentists in the past but we loved this office. Thanks for taking care of the kids teeth.

The inside is quite quaint, however more modern than you would think, given its in a little house. Super easy to check-in on the IPads and the staff all are friendly.
Dr. Wu is very pleasant and is the right balance between friendly and professional.
My son just got in for Phase 1 of his braces and they explained everything to both my son and I in a thorough manner.
Only been there twice, but so far so good.

Sooo you're open till 6:30pm on Wednesday & Thursday yet the latest appointment you'll take is 5:00pm for an Invisalign consultation that normally takes 15 minutes? Furthermore, your office isn't open on the weekends, so people who have a 9-5 job (such as myself) must take a day off work just to go in for a consultation...great!
