Huge shout out to Mike at Car24!
After a nightmare of an experience using a Zipcar to get to Woodbury Commons from Brooklyn, my friends and I found ourselves stranded waiting for a tow service. There were 0 Ubers, Lyfts, and Junos available in the area and we were starting to freak out at 9:30 pm how we were going to get back to the city. I called Mike and he was at our rescue in 15 minutes! Great guy, great conversation and he got us home safe and sound.
That said, should I find myself in Upstate NY again, I won't even bother looking into any other service than Car24!

I was looking for a driver from my address to 34th st in NY for my sons doctor apt. I called and on the was and is one of the nicest person. Mike had the time all mapped out and the price was fair. We had a great time going down and the car is comfy. He had to wait longer then I thought. When we came out he was right there. The communication before and during was great. There was water waiting for us. He opened doors . My son wanted pizza and we drove till we located one. The ride home was just as smooth. If you're in the area and need airport transportation (or other) Mike with Car24 is an excellent choice. I booked a ride in less than 24 hours and he was professional, personable and most of all- prompt. Too bad we will be leaving soon as I wish I'd found this service sooner. Will definitely recommend to friends here. For those on base at West Point, he has access and no longer do you have to depend on unprofessional taxi companies or suffer from the lack of rideshare services. Give this service a try for your transportation needs; you won't be disappointed!

Needed a ride from Newark airport at ONE IN THE MORNING all the way back to Montgomery. Got stuck at baggage and ended up not being able to leave until one-thirty. Mike was wonderful and patient and reassured me not to stress about being late. Was super helpful and speedy in his responses, clear communication from start to finish. He even had water and candy in the car which was appreciated after 9 hours of traveling from the west coast. Mike's service is above and beyond exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised when he was available to take me to Newark last minute; he arrived extremely promptly, provided me with several status updates on his arrival time, and upon arrival was warm, congenial, and professional. The vehicle is spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, and the offers of water and candy assortment were appreciated. Just traveled to Newark Airport with Mike from CAR 24. This was my first trip with CAR 24, and Mike was very professional from the time he was contacted to provide a quote for the trip all the way through the drop off at the airport. He sent a confirmation text when he said he would, he showed up for pick up when he said he would, and he made the trip pleasurable and uneventful. I plan on using CAR 24 in the future, and suggest you do the same.

I needed a ride from the Garrison Institute to JFK airport. I chose Mike at Car24 because of his great reviews. I was not disappointed. Making the reservation was easy, and Mike’s charges were reasonable. He was right on time, and his auto was comfortable and spotless. My girlfriend and I chatted the whole trip, and Mike was respectful and professional. I will definitely use Car24 for any future trips, and I highly recommend that you do too!
