I highly recommend using Jim's taxi. He is always right on time waiting for you with the door open. He remembers his customers names right away and is friendly and personable. He has the best rates also and is a nice man , reliable, friendly and cares about his customers. Best cab service I've used and ive used them all.

I highly recommend using Jim's service. We used Jim for airport service. He arrived early at our house to go to the airport and was at the airport waiting for us when we landed. He is a very nice man. The vehicle was clean and I felt safe riding in it. I will be calling upon him in the future.

I called Jim when I became fed up with another car service in Monroe that would give a quote over the phone and then change it upon reaching my destination. Since meeting Jim and using his taxi service he has ALWAYS been punctual, professional and honest. Highly recommend Jim's Taxi and Medical Transportation!

What cant I say about this company. Since my transmission has blew I took a couple rides with this company while my car is being repaired. Jim is a great guy! When they say they'll be there in 15 minutes there there in 15 minutes. Very reliable, affordable and the car is upkeeped and clean. Gotta say hes one of the best services in Orange County.
