Studio X Vertical Fitness specializes in pole fitness and offers a non-competitive atmosphere where you can truly enjoy yourself and have a great time while reaching your personal fitness goals. At the studio you will find real people like you who want to feel better about themselves, get in shape, and have fun.

Students of every age (18+), size, strength ability, and flexibility level will be with you on your fitness journey. Pole fitness is a sport and art form just like gymnastics, martial arts, or dance. It is unrealistic to expect to be perfect your first day. With continued practice, determination, and a positive attitude, you will transform!
Services
This class is for students just beginning their pole journey. Everyone starts at this level no matter what your fitness level is. You will be learning beginner spins, floor work, how to walk, and more, all while building your strength, confidence, and grace. We highly recommend students taking this class at least 5-10x to get comfortable with the new body movements, increase upper body and core strength, and flexibility.
You may arrive to your class or party up to 5 - 10 minutes early but please be aware that another class may still be in session or the instructor may not be ready/have everything set up yet. Classes and parties that are already in session cannot be interrupted. We will gladly share the use of our yoga mats with you during class, but ask that you spray your mat after use in order to ensure cleanliness for your future use and fellow classmates.
Pole fitness is a full body workout. You can build muscle in a fairly short period of time, so it doesn't take long before you start to see results. You will be toning muscles in those "problem areas" for women (arms, back, waist, hips). Pole fitness will also improve your balance, coordination and agility as well as increase your flexibility and core strength.

I have taken a few beginner pole classes and just took my second Lyra class tonight. Everyone I have met there is kind and super patient with their instruction. I love how everyone cheers you on when you nail a move. I highly recommend attending either one of those classes as its a fun workout and a great confidence boost!! Cant wait for the next one!

Pole fitness is something I've wanted to try for a long time, and I'm so glad this place is here! I've gone with several different friends and we've all had a blast! Not only that, but it's a challenging, total body workout. Upper arm strength building, core training, balance, and of course, bringing out the inner diva like few other workouts possibly could! I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Here are a few tips:
For clothing, bring the shortest shorts you own (they have a bathroom you can change in). Short shorts allow for better grip on the pole with your

Loving pole class. I can't believe the strength I've gained. Instructors are very helpful, and supportive. Always fun to have friends join. Meeting new friends too
