Called first thing in the morning for broken frig. repair.
Steven came same day in appointed time frame.
He was professional, polite & knowledgable.
He diagnosed the problem immediately, replaced the part that he had in his truck, and put in needed gas.
His pricing was very fair and I now have a permanent Appliance Repair Man.
Hope I don't need him soon, but good to know who to call if I do.

Our oven stopped heating, so I looked up appliance repair. Found Steve around eleven and left a message. It's my fault that we didn't connect until one, but he was here within ten minutes and ten minutes later is finished replacing the igniter. I am back in business well before dinnertime! My only complaint is that he doesn't want to take a look at the dishwasher. I can only hope that finding someone to repair that goes as smoothly as this repair did!

Our four year old GE Gas Dryer stopped working (turned on, spun, but no heat) fun times... Called Steve on a Wednesday evening and he came Thursday afternoon and found the problem right away - a bad thermostat - he ordered the part and came back Saturday morning to install and the dryer was fixed - he also checked our exhaust just to make sure there weren't any obstructions - Steve is great and I will be recommending him to friends and neighbors in the area as we want to support local businesses

We had our fridge go down on a weekend and not only did we get someone to come out right away but they were able to diagnose and order the part we needed. We had an older fridge where we weren't sure if the parts were going to be available but not only were they able to get the part but they were to able to get our fridge up and running again for cheaper that what the parts were going for online. So we're happy to have found Aerocool Appliance Repair and would definitely call them again!

I called and set up a time( appt) to come to our house- fridge was not working- then I had change my time for him to come- no call back to verify the time change-then when the time came & went - no one showed up- not sure why
