First time here and loved the experience. Our vacuum was making loud screeching sounds but was very pricey so we decided to call Admiral since they had some many great reviews. We made an appointment for the following day. Our repairman, Zack was amazing and explained what was wrong with our vacuum, he had to return with some parts the following day but fixed the issue and the vacuum is working fine. I would recommend Zack from Admiral to anyone.

What a positive experience, wonderful service, very reasonable. Admirol tech went above and beyond to not only show me exactly what the issue was with my refrigerator. Price was super reasonable. I will definitely be calling them in the future. I love how advanced he was with communication, as well. So nice to get a call when he was on his way. I wasn't trapped in the house waiting for him to call.
