It was such a positive experience when Sandy Royce was our agent helping us to find a new home ( to us ) in Ashland..... she had nine property listings for us to look at... and each one was a great choice but most were not quite what we were looking for until we got the last one....only took 20 minutes to decide that was the one for us....simply awesome...and we never would have found it if Sandy had not brought us to it to take a look.... we owe her so much for finding just the most wonderful home for us...

We started working with Sandy in July and over the course of 7+ months, she worked with us to find the best house, and then helped us co-pilot one of the biggest roller-coaster real estate transactions ever. We had a wild ride on the purchase, going through a bank-owned foreclosure with a title cloud, but Sandy never wavered and worked with us every step of the way.
