At Lifeline, we want to make sure there are no barriers to receiving the treatment you need. That's why we offer free parking and free transportation, and accept most insurances and most physical therapy patients without a referral.
Most physical therapy patients can access all of our expertise, equipment, and innovative therapies without a prescription or physician referral in Pennsylvania, but be sure to check your individual plan for any requirements.All of our locations offer free parking right outside of the clinic. I came to Lifeline for a pulmonary therapy evaluation after having Covid. From my first interaction with Julie, the receptionist, until the moment I walked out of the door, the staff was very friendly and personable. Kevin, the physical therapist, is comforting and encouraging. Christina was also helpful and kind. The atmosphere is light and I am confident that the staff will make something that isn’t known for being fun as enjoyable as possible. I am looking forward to working with this team and am confident that they will do all they can to help me achieve my goals.

The very best Physical Therapy place! I have been to many others over the years. I was treated by Kevin 6 years ago for my knee. When I came to him, My knee was in bad shape. He was very kind and supportive and knowledgable. Now I send family and anyone that I know to him for therapy. I have not had any problems with my knee since I was treated by Kevin 6 years ago. By far the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. I’ve been to several different physical therapy clinics in the past and none come close to the care I received at this West Mifflin clinic. Julie and Kevin were so professional and pleasant, they made my experience very enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Best PT clinic in Pittsburgh!

Life line therapy is more than just a place to recover, it is a true representation of what love and healing is. Kevin, Julie, Mike, and Brittney felt like a family to me. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. Every staff member not only treated me with the highest level of kindness and respect I witnessed this for every single person and patient who came in as well. No one wants to feel pain when I was here I felt the warmth of what people who take pride in what they do and treat patients as people. I chose to use Lifeline physical therapy on Hoffman Boulevard and Duquesne/ West Mifflin, after the recommendation from a friend. I’ve had therapy in various places over the years, and this particular facility was fabulous. The therapists Kevin and Brittney, Secretary/office manager Julie, and PT student Mike, we’re all terrific. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough.The facility is comfortable and clean, with all the equipment needed. If needed, I will definitely choose this facility.

I was suffering from extreme back pain that seemed to emerge out of nowhere, right before I needed to travel. I reached out to lifeline therapy hoping to get a virtual appointment, and they were able to put me in touch with Dr Kevin Carbone. In a matter of minutes, Dr Carbone was able to diagnose my problem (a herniated disc) and sent me an exercise and stretching plan. Over the course of my treatment Dr Carbone was consistently warm and friendly in addition to being efficient and effective. I attribute a large portion of my rapid recovery to his confident approach - I hadn't known what was wrong
