Any airport reservation canceled within a two (2) hour period of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge for the quoted price including Base Rate, Driver Gratuity, and any accumulated expenses.

Excellent! On-time, efficient, and great conversation made for an enjoyable ride. Yury (driver) drove us from Nags Head to Newport News Airport and used Google Maps to make sure we were taking the most efficient route and alerted of any changes or delays along the ride. Yury is professional, reliable, and a safe-driver... also very friendly. We will certainly be calling Airport Connection next time we are in the area. We were referred by close friends local to OBX area and very thankful. I always feel better when referred than just calling a service at random and hoping for the best. Thank you

Airport Connection OBX was perfect in every way! The drivers were on time, polite, engaging, professional. The vans were clean. The drivers were very safe drivers. They followed up and checked in with me. They even shared historical info about the area along the drives. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat! We used these guys to take us back and forth from the Norfolk airport to the Outer Banks. They made our trip so easy - there waiting for us when we got off the plane, handled all our luggage and were very accommodating when we made some changes to our time schedule. In addition, gave us valuable info about great restaurants and things to see and do. I would highly recommend them and will use them on return trips.
