Customer service was excellent - timely responses & my driver, Shantel was friendly, professional & on time for my pick up. The Lincoln Town Car was clean & very comfortable. Complete no show. Confirmed reservation days before and the night before with the owner (Joe?) for 3:30AM pickup for a 7AM flight out of Norfolk. Radio silence as of 5:26AM (2 hours after scheduled pickup time). Called several other services in OBX to no avail, either no answer (given how early it is) or lack of availability on a Saturday last minute. Had to change my Delta flight and find alternative transport.

I recently used Coastal Cab for a very early morning ride to the Norfolk airport . They were terrific! The driver arrived early and we had a very pleasant ride. She made a stop when needed and we got there in plenty of time. We also used they on the way home. Again everything went smoothly and was a pleasant drive.
I would highly recommend Coastal for any travel needs!

Arranged a ride for an associate of mine she has an Asian name. They agreed to a ride, called and changed the ride time and the person to pick her up. Left her waiting without ever calling back no response to phone calls texts nor did the office answer. Consider this a hate crime and discrimination.

Terrible experience. Received confirmation call the evening before from driver of company giving me time and location of pick up for ride to Norfolk. The following day we arrived at pick-up location, prior to designated time and no one showed up. After repeated attempts to reach driver, via call and text, no response. When trying to reach company's main line, no answer and voice mailbox was full. Pretty disappointing. Luckily I was able to get to Norfolk in time to catch my flight.

We hired coastal transportation to pick our friend up at Norfolk airport and drive her to meet us in Corolla, NC. The service was extremely professional, reliable, and more than prompt. We were facing uncertainties from hurricane Florence and Joe kept in touch to confirm our plans. The price was also extremely reasonable. I’d hire this company again without a second thought.

This cab company was wonderful! We booked them for a ride from Norfolk airport to the Outer Banks, NC. However, at 1am we discovered our 8am flight was canceled and then our next flight was incredibly delayed. We were stuck on the runway for over three hours unsure of when we were going to take off. Joe was in touch with us the whole day and was incredibly understanding. He rearranged his drivers' schedule so that someone could still come get us when we finally made it to Norfolk that evening. Our driver was fantastic and kindly waited for us at the airport and then answered our questions

My husband & used the service on October 21 to go from Kill Devil Hills, NC to the Norfolk,Va airport. I hate that I can't remember our driver's name now, but he was an older gentleman who was very polite & knowledgeable about the area. He gave us little facts about the area as he drove us to the airport. Since my husband has a disability, he made sure he was comfortable & offered to stop for a restroom break. (we had plenty of time before we needed to be at the airport)

We were picked up from a wedding and taken back to our rental house, where I realized I had left my purse in the cab. I called the next morning from a friend's phone and, within about an hour, my purse was returned to me. Thanks so much to Kevin for driving us and finding my clutch, and thanks to Adam for running it back to me the next day. These guys are fantastic, super nice and we will definitely use them again when in the area! Highly recommended!!
