I've been with Statefarm since I was 16 years old, specifically Connie Doyle's office. I've always had the pleasure of working with the wonderful ladies in this office, either in person or on the phone. Evan is always extra helpful and very responsive. I had to change my vehicle over 2 times in 3 months and she ensured I knew what my coverages were and what was available at a similar/reduced price. The whole team at Connie Doyle's office is amazing and I love having insurance with State Farm!

Just had the pleasure of buying auto insurance with Patty Nottingham. Did I say " a pleasure "....yes I did! Patty was not only very responsive to my needs in with particular coverage benefits but also provided additional
options that cover other possible situations that could occur along and pricing of the different benefits. I now have a policy that will provide me the coverage I need. Patty's presentation is warm and professional. I definitely will recommend her to EVERYONE!

Wow! What a great company and staff! I was impressed with Patti Nottingham, Account Manager, who helped me tremendously getting a better quote for my auto insurance premium. I switched carrier immediately. She was so courteous and professional. I see why my fiance' has been with them since 2004. I would highly recommend Patti Nottingham and staff to help you get the best quote and save money especially in this hard times with everything going up.

After many failed attempts at getting proper insurance to make my golf cart street legal, I finally got the help I needed with this State Farm office. I worked specifically with Patti Nottingham - she was very knowledgeable about the insurance requirements for street legal golf carts in Jacksonville and was able to help me insure mine with the proper coverage. Would recommend!

Nothing but great things to say about Michele Wagner from State Farm. The only reason I reached out to her is because of the generous and kind person she is in our community. She has been so helpful with information regarding our school and community. And she was exactly the same when I asked her about State Farm. Unbelievably helpful. And she is way better than either Jake ;) We moved everything over. You cannot go wrong working with Michelle. You will leave with a smile and feel great about everything.

I like Connie Doyle and her staff because they are easy to contact, efficient answering questions and solving problems, they remember me and care. Connie is VERY knowledgeable and personable. I guess that's why Connie Doyle and State Farm have been put go to place for insurance for 25 years!! (Of course Connie was a child prodigy who started her career at 10!😉)

I've been a loyal customer of State Farm since I got my driver's license 21 years ago. I've had many different vehicles/toys insured through them. Well, I was recently informed that they will not be renewing any of my policies. To my recollection, my family has had 3, maybe 4, speeding tickets (not too bad for 21 years), 3-4 accident/damage claims… (1 of which was vandalism and another a 50/50 fault claim), and 3 windshield replacement claims total. These numbers are off the top of my head, but my point is they aren't excessive. A good portion of that has come recently due to adding my daughter
