Because our fine jewelry is hand made in our high tech workshop by expert designers, jewelers and stone setters, we are able to create and make any design desired by our customers. From a simple re-do of an existing piece to a completely new design using the customers stones and precious metal, to making a new piece from a simple sketch, we do it all.

I've been to the one in Wellington and had a great experience and knew I'd be back with more business. However, this time I called the one in Loxahatchee and I got the old cranky man other reviewers have mentioned. He is indeed cranky! Shockingly cranky. In other words, my immediate thought was, "I don't want to deal with this guy". Good gosh! Never mind! I went to Provident per a friends recommendation and spent my money there. Bought a ring, had earrings made and am working on a necklace.

This is a solid, trusted place for all of your jewelry needs. We have had beautifully done basic repairs, as well as an heirloom engagement ring sized and spiffed up good as new. We have ordered custom jewelry done right here in house, and other purchases. They offer insurance appraisals. Dwight is a dynamo jeweler. He has decades of experience and truly knows his stuff. He is exceedingly patient! They are, without a doubt, my go-to jeweler. Easily 5 stars!

Stopped by today to have my class ring and finger sized (the manufacturer didn’t size it properly); I’m glad I did. April was friendly and attentive while offering great insight so that I could get my ring properly fixed. This was my first time here and we’ll definitely be back - thank you, April!

I love going to Van Dells. They are very professional yet treat you like a long time friend. My mom passed away 3 years ago and I'm in process of determining what to do with some of her jewel. My wife had her diamond studded wedding band in for service as one of the studs fell out. In stead of just replacing the stud the jeweler convinced her that the entire 6 rows of settings were loose and they needed to be built up. Upon completion the ring was not repaired as described nor looked close to the original. When she voiced her displeasure it was abruptly dismissed with zero offer for refund or repair back to original. Upon speaking with the supposed owner in Wellington he was completely dismissive, rude, and nasty telling us that he was "talking to a wall" as he

Van Dell Jewelers is responsible for making my engagement ring and our wedding bands and they are incredible. A family run business is my favorite type to shop from and Van Dell services my entire family and their jewelry.
They always have beautiful and unique handmade pieces to choose from and they do a great job when it comes to fixing jewelry and creating new custom pieces.

We were shopping for wedding rings, and our experience with Van Dell Jewelers was excellent. Thank you for taking the time to fix my son's eye glasses. He broke them beyond repair and our only chance of survival was having them soldered. We know this is only a temporary fix as he needs new ones but in order to see, he needed those until his new ones arrive. Do not hesitate to go to Van Dell for all of your jewelry needs...and then some! BTW...they didn't charge me for the repair. That is excellent customer service! My husband knows I want a new pair of diamond studs, he know exactly where to purchase them from---VAN DELL JEWELERS!!

Arrogant jeweler, who upon bringing in a simple repair, that I was charged way to much for told me to expect prices to go up, because "his jewelers don't want to do work for little pay." Owner Jack Van Dell might be the most deplorable individual I've ever met, not only did he make off color remarks to myself, but also my parents in regards to receiving my watch back.
The situation worked this way: he had to send the watch out to repair the crystal cover and in turn he told me a number of different times I would receive it back. After the back and forth claims continued I asked to just get the watch back.
