The Iota Beta High School Fraternity is a youth-led community service organization, that uses community service projects to build character in students. We envision youth growing through service learning experiences that empower them to be grassroots leaders who strengthen their communities.
Our mission is to empower at-risk boys by creating opportunities that employ them to serve the elderly, disabled, and disadvantaged in the community; and by providing them with training, exposure, resources, and mentoring that equip them to excel in their academic and personal lives.The original organization was called, The Ironed Brotherhood, and was established to serve disadvantaged adolescent males in under-served communities.

Services
Our leadership team and youth leadership council partnered with Metropolitan Ministries for the second year in a row and provided free haircuts, manicures, food, games, and giveaways to individuals who are between homes at the Metropolitan Ministries homeless shelter. We gave away blankets, toys, and toiletries to those in attendance.
