I need a full refunded or at least a partial because of how business was handled with me both the staff at the hotel and customer service on Booking.com when trying to deal with the dilemma we encounter at after i had purchased ticket here.
We arrived several hours early from flight and wanted to check in early, it was about 4am and had already purchased room so when i called to see if we could check-in early woman on the phone said we had to purchase another night in order for that to happen.
I said I did not want to do that and I should be able to I’ve done it before checking in early. She

Fine if you just need a quick place to sleep. None of the outlets on lamps or furniture worked, we had to only use the two available wall outlets. Nice new furniture and beds were great, but you could still tell the building was old and needed some repair. Bathroom was very dark with a very loud fan. Heater/air conditioner was not automatic so you either have it on or off. The fridge also did not work. I stayed in the annex as it seemed the main building was for smoking and pets, which was very evident when you entered the smoke scented lobby. Staff was very polite and switched my room right away

DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE FINDING DIRTY NEEDLES IN YOUR ROOM.
Brought it up to management, the man at the desk, he argued and said there is no way- room was clean.
Lies- room was not clean, no hot water, no water pressure for a shower AND A SOUVENIR AS A DIRTY NEEDLE TO TAKE HOME.
this place is a joke. Will not be staying here ever again.

Picked this hotel last minute because it had some okay reviews and wasn't expensive but when we got to the hotel there was a man recording the associate calling her fat and other cuss words of sorts and I felt a little uncomfortable coming inside to check in because so. The lady at the front was very nice and helped me check in and the process went very smoothly. Once we got inside the hotel room, a smell of bleach was thrown in your face. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets reeked of bleach. The room had some cosmetic flaws such as the wall needed some paint, the bathroom didn

They want 30 bucks to let you get your room 39 minutes earlier than the 3 o'clock check in time! When by then the maids have to have had more than enough time to clean the rooms from the day before. Already over- priced as it is!! Won't be going back there. Better off booking the Econo Lodge across the street. And it's a newer property with better amenities.

I have never written a bad review but if there is one this is it, the room had bed bugs, had to check out at 4 am 4 nights early due to this and take my clothes to a dry cleaners, I understand is a budget hotel, but there is no excuse for bed bugs anywhere, I highly recommend you check anywhere else before booking here. Since bed bug treatment is not cheap. So you'll be better off spending the extra money anywhere else.

My brother got $83 stolen and someone stole my $45 blouse. When I went to work I had three dry-cleaned blouses two hanging when I got back. Someone came in left two towels I registered three adults. Also the beds were not made it didn't look like anyone had been in the room until I went in the bathroom and saw the towels. The Blues Fest was awesome!!

I booked our room on Priceline and we stayed for one night, arriving at 2:00 a.m. off a flight. Had we not been so exhausted, we would have definitely found another place! The man checking us in was not friendly. There's a $100 deposit you must leave and sign a form saying no smoking and what not. We were not aware of this extra fee, and he told us not to worry because it would be refunded the next day. Found out when we checked out that it would take several days for it to be back in our account! We requested a non-smoking room, but when we got to our room, the smell of stale smoke was

I stayed here for a night and have before in the past. The rooms are actually great for the price and the beds are pretty comfortable. I have no complaints on the actual stay. I am upset however, because the housekeeper "threw away"y 150$ Chaco sandals.
When I got into my room it was 10pm. I turned the light on, it came on and then it went out. Since it was late and I was tired, I didn't worry about it. I thought I grabbed everything the next morning when I left. I realized 2 mornings later I left my sandals
I called and the guy was genuinely concerned. He checked the lost and

Check-in was done late night by the maintenance person, as they go through a lot of turnover. This process took much longer than other places I've stayed at.
Their Wi-Fi is slooooooooow.
Rooms are decent; looks like someone was in a rush and painted everything quickly. Very sloppy.
Asked the morning manager how a single, pregnant, out-of-town guest could get to the airport safely. He said he didn't know. I asked him for help again, and he returned to his desk.
And, I didn't realize juice and coffee were considered, "breakfast."
Not happy I stayed here. Would've

If I could give this place NO stars, I would. My GF got bedbugs here and was attacked all over her back and neck. When we called to voice our concerns the attendant yelled at us and said "how do I know YOU didn't bring them"?
They promised to reimburse us for the night we paid for but didn't stay and they NEVER did.
They get a ZERO for customer service and cleanliness. Unfortunately we had to book this on a whim as a family member passed away in Portland. Next time I'd rather stay in a rented car then here.
Thank you for NEVER refunding our last night.

Quote the crackhead "You-aint-got no mo?'".

The worst service ever. Attempted to spend a week with my family in between apartments and was forced to vacate. What they told me was "you complain too much", or "we can't satisfy your needs". The first issue that occurred was the blood spatter on the doors and walls. Then, I guess they issued a key to a separate guest to my room, because we had a group of random people enter or room in the middle of the night. Finally, my kids were looking for a sock and ended up finding a dirty hypo needle under the bed. They gave me my money back for the following day I paid for in

This place was the worst... I think I've ever stayed at in my travels. There were drug dealers lingering in the parking lot all night long running in and out of several rooms on the upper floor throughout the night And when addressing the issues to the on staff front desk agent the response that I got was' Well I don't know what to do'.. I'm not sure how to handle it... etc etc.
The shower pressure was ridiculous, and the bed!!!! even though I was there traveling by myself every time I turned over it squeaked so bad it woke me up.
If you want trailer trash, no frill
