Just got a refund for all 3 of my policies - completely unexpected and also very awesome! I can't complain, State Farm, Karla Greene & Luis Gomez are always finding ways to save me money. I have been a happy policy holder for about 3 years and was referred to them by my Sister who has been working with them for many more years. I have recommended Luis & Karla to our friends and clients to quote on their home and car insurance. They are also working with me on our next policy purchase for life insurance and I appreciate all the different options to fit what our family is looking for

My policy was also taken over by this office when my original agent retired, but I have only been impressed with their service. Every inquiry has been responded to promptly. My account manger is Luis and he has taken care of my policy very well, including adding or subtracting vehicles and ensuring I had the correct coverage.

Ms. Green does not respond to emails or phone calls. She inherited our polices when our previous agent retired. She does not review policies to see if coverage is adequate or needs changing. Her office staff is RUDE! We have had State Farm auto, home and personal item coverage for over 30 years. Our previous agent followed up and made sure coverage was current.....not Ms. Green. My advice is find another sales person. Do not use this office!
