Delivering on time was great but the flowers look like they had been frozen, the pedals were bent and looked like the flowers were picked a week ago. I know the Christmas season is busy but I feel like I could have purchase from the grocery store a fresher arrangement.

I’ve been ripped off so many times in life that I am the original skeptic. I ordered flowers based on a photograph from the website. After the delivery I had my niece send me a picture of what was delivered. The flowers looked exactly like what was on the website and this skeptic got what she paid for. They delivered the flowers and My niece wasn’t home so they went the extra mile and called her and then agreed to deliver them to her work nearby. That was above and beyond.Good job Absolute Flowers I will use you again!!

I called at the last minute explaining I had a budget of $200 and needed all white. Delivered was a bouquet of flowers, many of which were not usable, didn’t even receive a half-dozen roses, tons of fillers when I specifically said no fillers, etc. I was SHOCKED! I called and the woman I spoke to seemed to think that this was perfectly acceptable. After I sent an email with the below picture along with a few others, I received a call back saying they would make up for it. The second picture attached to this review is what I received. Combined total for the usable flowers they sent was *maybe
