I am so happy with my experience! The shop was able to get a last minute delivery out for me same day. They made purchasing so easy and they were very concise and friendly. The flowers arrived very very quickly, I was so pleasantly surprised. The bouquet also looked stunning! So full and so much care put into the decoration. Would recommend.

I had a great experience. My order was fraught with issues. The flowers I ordered were not available and a substitute was used. Wow! If this is what substitutes flowers are like I think I only want to have them. The glorious bouquet arrived at the perfect time. My other order was going to be much more due to price difference in another state but Arlenes recommended my call them direct and even gave me their phone number. Thank you. You will be getting all of my flower orders from now on.

My sweet husband has sent me flowers from here 4 times and they have managed to ruin the surprise and screw the order up ever time. I received tulips on Valentine’s Day, they attempted to deliver them early, than called to spoil the surprise and when they did show up two of the 15 tulips were wilted and hanging limp out of the side of the plastic vase. Within 3 days the entire arrangement was dead. I definitely don’t recommend this florist! Very over priced for half dead flowers!!

I love this place because it provides an awesome selection of beautiful flowers among other trinkets, the customer service is outstanding, and their doggy is adorable, I forget his name, but he is always by the front door. He is sooooo cute! Anyways back to the review, she did an amazing job on my mom's birthday bouquet! Red roses with a little bit of birthday pop into them. Thank you!!!

I ordered flowers for my wife online, so I know not to expect the exact image, however I do expect the flowers to appear similar. Instead what I got was a vase full of flowers with none in bloom. If I wanted flowers I would have gone to Costco. I wanted a presentation, a surprise, not flower buds all leaning to one side of the vase. When I called up to mention this, the lady, Arlene, after interrupting me repeatedly (I was only able to even get 3 words in at the very beginning), tells me that she can go take back the flowers from my wife and give me a refund.
