I was in between jobs in the year 1998. My daughter suggested I fill out an application for Wheatland Manor. This was the best advice my daughter could have given me! At that time it was only a job. What I would soon realize was how much Wheatland Manor was like family. This no longer became my job or a career; it was my family.
The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) measures Medicare beneficiaries' experience with their health care providers. Each year in October, CMS issues their ratings for companies in the healthcare industry. We are humbled and thankful in receiving a five star rating, which is the highest rating that an assisted living and skilled nursing community can receive.
Lincolnway Villa is a community with a perfect blend of housing, social interactions and supportive living services. Assisted living is an excellent option for an aging adult who no longer feels comfortable living alone but would like to maintain an independent lifestyle. Lincolnway Villa offers a supportive environment that empowers tenants to remain as independent as they would like.
Restaurant style dining is our way of providing a special and individualized experience for our residents. Dining should be a social event for those who desire it. Our carefully crafted food choices are loved by our residents. We use only the most wholesome ingredients and spices. To ensure that our menu is not only delicious but also healthy we prepare all our meals with a well-balanced diet in mind.

The staff are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, and always have the residents' best interests at heart. The activities that are offered are fun and engaging, and residents are always excited to participate. The facility is clean, cozy and feels like home. Wheatland Manor is an exceptional care facility.

I have worked at this facility for over 4 years and the care provided is exceptional. The residents are provided with everything that they need. The food is great, facility is always kept clean, nursing staff treats the residents as if they are their own family members, and there is always something going on for the residents to participate in. I would highly recommend this facility!

My wife was a victim of a botched gall bladder surgery and spent 118 days in the hospital much of it in intensive care. She nearly died 5 times and was very de-conditioned and extremely weak when she arrived at Wheatland Manor on August 14. Multiple hospitals with types of care I had seen it all and I had faint hope this place could get her back on her feet again and allow her to come home. She arrived there having not being out of bed or walking for 118 days. The staff from nurses, CNA's,therapists to dietary people, maintenance people and everyone that worked in the building jumped in to give
