I have had the pleasure to work in the insurance industry for over 20 years. I started my career with State Farm as a team member and then continued my career working with other insurance carriers. My time away from State Farm gave me a first hand experience of how other insurance companies conduct business, products offered and how their claims were handled.
I chose to come back to State Farm because I strongly believe in State Farm and our values as a whole. I have a passion for helping others and I wanted to make sure that I am doing that with the top insurance company in the country. I have lived in Colorado since 2014, but grew up in Nebraska. I am a proud mother of five beautiful children and two grand children who are the light of my life.

The team is amazing, all of them. I feel completely "at home" when in the office as my importance as a customer radiates from each of them. I know I am family. It all starts with agent Jamie Russell. Words I don't ordinarily associate with insurance agent are some of Jamie's strengths. She is personable, has an infectious smile and so kind and caring she seems almost out of place. I was shopping insurance prices to insure a vehicle I was looking to purchase and the monthly insurance rate was going to be the determining factor of purchasing the vehicle. This being due to the fact that it was a sports car and I am 22 years old.
Jamie was my last shot at a good rate before forgoing the idea of purchasing the car due to insurance companies wanting way too much per month (on a clean driving record) to insure this vehicle at full coverage. Lets just say I saved a ton and decided to purchase the vehicle after I talked to Jamie and got a same day quote from her team.
