I love this team. I've been with State Farm for so long but I fully feel like this is the best agent I've had. Corey and Janet are simply wonderful and they truly explain the policies instead of just sign and pay here that I used to get. I had such a hard time finding an agent in Colorado when I moved but now that I've found this team, I'm not switching again.

Only interested in trying to sell you more insurance! Rude and incompetent staff. Never called me back after I had a complaint. DONE with SF after dealing with these peope representing a company Ive had for 35 years!!!!
UPDATE: He claims he cant find my policy, yeah thats BS Have my car insurance and renters insurance through them in Fort Collins for over 3 years. Somehow I paid for renters insurance for 2 years but the dumb bi--- who called me couldn't locate my policy and never returned my call. I had the policy and numbers in hand. Absolute INCOMPETENCE!

After being with Farmers for 30 years, when we moved to CO everything changed. The rates kept going up to where we were paying 3 times what we paid in Texas. State Farm’s rates were Phenomenal and working with Corey had been the same. He is really the reason I’ve switched. He works hard to provide the personal touch that most of us look for.

Corey is exceptional. He draws on his considerable professional experience (farm manager, etc.) to combine a "can-do" attitude with sincere customer-oriented service and total attentiveness.
