1: Insurance companies with direct repair programs require their contracted shops to meet certain industry standards. These standards may include specific welding, frame straightening and measuring equipment. After this initial inspection the vehicle is taken to the garage area where the damaged parts are removed, carted and put in storage for comparison against replacement parts.Our inspection process allows us to evaluate both the cosmetic and mechanical repairs. Once the auto body repairs are identified and repaired the paint refinishing process begins. Rick's Auto Body was founded by a painter, always known for excellence in refinishing. We use the most modern color matching systems, environmentally-friendly waterborne paints and state-of-the-art spray booths that capture airborne particles protecting the painter and the community.

Amazing place! My friend had worked done several years ago at Ricks and a few months ago we noticed her roof that was replaced, was peeling. We brought it to Ricks not sure if we were going to get into an argument but it was easy as pie. They looked at it, said no problem and made an appointment for her with a free loaner car waiting for her. The work was exceptional. Additionally, we live in the village and you would think having a body shop in your neighborhood wouldn't be a good thing, well, they are amazing neighbors. The exterior and grounds are meticulous. I recommend them highly

I got rear ended about a month ago. Not the best experience - but dealing with Ricks made it better.
Jessica helped me when I called to get a drop off arranged. She was friendly and courteous, and helped me navigate scheduling everything and made me much less anxious about it all - and I am an anxious person. The thought of getting a car in for repair, waiting for it, possibly having to buy a new car, it was all a lot. When you get great customer service and deal with an excellent employee it makes it seem a bit easier.
TBH my car ended up being totaled - so I didn't need their services

Rick's is the most professional, knowledgeable, through and on top of it nicest folks in this industry! I have had several cars fixed over the years and every time the body work is impeccable. The people work as a great team to take care of everything from insurance and rental car to daily updates with photos to see the progress being made. The attention to detail is absolute. We have needed to use Rick's twice and both times they turned accident stress into a truly easy repair. They are a designated repair shop for our insurance so handled all the paperwork, arranged for the rental, kept us fully informed and had our car fixed earlier than promised. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ricks Auto Body did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I was in an accident, they made this horrible experience not so horrible. They really care about their customers and they go above and beyond. They had a rental car available as soon as it was approved by insurance. Jessica is amazing she helped me get through the process seamlessly and she checked in on me through the entire process! . I was in a fender bender a few weeks ago after dealing with insurance I was able to get the car fixed I choose Ricks Auto Body shop after looking at the reviews and talking with insurance! I was scared at first because this was the first time I had to ever go through something like this. After dropping the car off with Ricks on Monday last week I was updated the entire time on anything that was done with the car. I was told a week and got it back within the same week in order for me to start work the coming week. I was so impressed with the car its looks just like how I bought it the first time

Rick’s Auto Body repaired my car following an accident. The service I received, and my overall experience with the company, was first-rate! They handled everything from the second the car was dropped off to the second it was picked up, including contacting the insurance company numerous times and scheduling the rental. They even had the car detailed before returning it to me. Based on their exceptional work, professionalism and customer service, I highly recommend Rick’s Auto Body!

One of the worst auto body shops in RI. I can not persuade people enough to avoid these scammers. I had my vehicle repaired it apparently had a bent frame and clearly they didn't straighten it as my car looks like it's traveling crooked down the road as I had the opportunity to be behind my daughter driving. When we brought it back they said the frame was in spec. I brought the car to Lindbergh auto body and they informed me the frame was still out of "whack". Avoid these hackers like the plague!

Our experience with this shop was amazing! The shop sends email status updates and has the repair done very fast. They go above and beyond to clean the whole car inside and out. Our car has never looked as good as it does right now. The next time we have an accident there is no other shop we would consider because Rick's is the best around!

Finally got my car back today after some major body work had to be done (I swear that stone wall was not behind me when I started backing up!). I wanted to take a moment to put Rick's Auto Body on your radar as THE go-to place for collision work on your car. Not like I'm hoping you have an accident, but if you do, PLEASE take your car to Rick's. They handle the repairs, the insurance companies, the rental car, everything. After a plow hit my car I was worried I would have a lot of things to do to get it fixed. All I had to do was bring it to them (with an appointment of course) and Rick's Auto Body took care of everything for me. My car was good as new when it was finished. Jessica was friendly and knowledgeable. A couple of weeks later someone hit my dads car so I brought it to Rick's...again the service was first class. Kudos to this company.

I've been rear ended twice in the past three years in the same vehicle. Brought my BMW X3 to Rick's both times. A friend had recommended them.
There was no question of where it was getting fixed the second time.
I cannot praise their professionalism and quality of work highly enough. The work was flawless and I was so pleased with the repairs both times. They worked directly with my insurance company and we're very helpful.
One thing that really impressed me was that they offered a free loaner car both times. Nothing fancy but when you have no wheels you can't be fussy
