The insurance company will try to steer you to one of there auto repair facilities so simply say you have the right to choose the auto body of your choice. If you are using your insurance coverage and have rental insurance on your policy, normally the rates are $20 - $30 per day and a maximum of 30 days to use the rental while your vehicle is being repaired.

Had do go back several times after they repaired my car. The first was for the paint job where the emblems were started to bubble but they fixed that. Got my car back and it was having issues starting which it never had an issue prior to me getting rear ended and they told me to take it to a mechanic which i did($75 diagnostic fee)and turns out they didn’t replug or replace the a bad connector for an evap but they fixed that with zip ties. And there were little imperfections like cracked plastic and a spot that wasn’t painted but they fixed the spot.

I have never been to a more professional, pleasent, knowledgeable, and family oriented autobody shop. They made me feel welcomed instantly and assured me that I was in good hands and would be happy with their services. This was an understatement. The work performed on my vehicle was amazing! It looked and performed the same way it did when I purchased my vehicle. Great service by Kenny and Patricia. Professionalism and quality work is a priority at this business which is hard to come by. My car was smashed in the rear from a hit on a the highway and it was repaired in a timely manner. The work is prestine and my car looks brand new. Do yourself a favor and don’t go anywhere else!

BEWARE!! This place is unprofessional and the owner Patricia is extremely rude and I wouldn’t refer anyone to her auto body shop. If your looking for bad quality auto body work then this is the place to go! I had to pay another auto body shop to fix their mistakes! I’ve never been so disappointed!! BEWARE!!!

Work with this company on practically a daily basis and perform a lot of their mechanical work. Kenny doesn't cut corners and make the cars unsafe. Vehicles that leave my shop for him leave safe and within oem specs for practically every aspect we touch. It is sad that the insurance companies have to pay cut rates to us and body shops.
