So freaking fast! This is the first place I tried for a Brazilian in KC and I didn't look any further. Andrea is quick and efficient, in and out in ten minutes. I've always enjoyed our mini conversations (as we only see each other once a month for ten mins), she charges a fair price and I'll definitely keep up my appts for the foreseeable future!

Andrea is wonderful. She makes what could be an awkward experience as comfortable as possible, she's very detailed, and professional. When I've had an ingrown hair she was fabulous about assisting. I appreciate her efforts to make the situation as comfortable as one can in the situation. Never been unhappy.

This has by far been the worst wax I’ve ever done. I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for 10yrs now, and I’ve never had issues like the ones I experienced today. Extremely painful, and I had to ask her to stop as this is definitely NOT how you wax. No apologies from the cosmetologist and she went ahead and charged me the full price, while I barely got 10% done. She didn’t even introduce herself, so I can’t put a name. I am lucky I didn’t end up in hospital with serious skin damage because of this. Never going there again!

My go to place for Brazilian Wax. Andrea is the BEST. I have extremely sensitive skin and never had an issue after any service. Every session has been comfortable and I NEVER have spots that were missed etc. Andrea is perfectionist and an expert. The salon itself is clean and tastefully decorated. Great location.

Just went and had my first time today with Andrea for a Brazilian and underarm waxing. I’ve had great wax specialists, but she by far did the most amazing job. And it was relatively painless, which I have not had! Will definitely continue to go back and see the others for their services!

My first time here, Khloe did my brow wax/cleanup. She did a great job, only charged me for a clean up ($15), and she also gave me a business card/coupon she said to use for my next brow wax. Now, today, I had my brow wax with Andrea... She was running almost 10 minutes late, then came and told me she had to go set up the room. (May be a personal preference, but Andrea was loudly chewing gum while working over me...I find that unprofessional and actually unsanitary.) She did a decent job on my brows, but when I get back to the car, I realized I still have wax surrounding my brows on the side

I was super skeptical about getting a spray tan in general.. but this place is amazing. They use a formula that cancels out any orange, leaving a very natural-looking tan. I'm essentially see-through I'm so white, so i was worried about it not looking natural. I got a lot of compliments! Chrystal also made me very comfortable and gave me useful aftercare information to help me extend the life of my tan! Definitely recommend!!!

If I could give no stars I would this was the worst massage I have ever had in my life . I specifically said going in to give me a lot of pressure and focus on my back to it bein in pain .
After saying "more pressure " about 8 times each time her response was " I not big enough ". That's a good indication she needs to find another job .
She honestly just rubbed oil on my body for an hour not even giving the slightest pressure what so ever and didn't even focus on my back what so ever

These people were SO rude! I was trying to understand how to use a expired Groupon. I had made an appointment with Nancy for a face tightening. On the expired Groupon it says you pay the difference. She quickly dismissed that and told me I owed her $125. When I booked it online it said $55, so I was calmly trying to look it up. Nancy and the girl and the desk did not have the patience or descency to help me understand what happened. They both looked at me like I was stupid and sounded exasperated. I walked out feeling embarrassed and they announced to the clients in the waiting room.. "

Love going to Amy P. at Back 2 Body. The atmosphere is always chill and inviting and I especially like the layout -- instead of having all the stylist/esthetician stations set up in one big, loud, open space, Back 2 Body is a maze of cozy little rooms that offer a lot more privacy and also allow you to have a conversation without having to shout to be heard.
As far as the service, I love being able to book my appointment online and I've never had any issue with communication like a couple of other reviewers have mentioned. I would describe Amy as being knowledgeable, attentive and professional

Andrea and her team are amazing!! I've been a Back 2 Body client going on 4 years now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!! Honestly...I recently moved so I'm not as close as I used to be but I still make the drive across town cause they are that good!
They have it all...a wide variety of services, fair prices, clean environment, professionals who know what they are doing and a genuinely care about what you as a client want done. Always leave feeling like a million bucks...try them...you'll be hooked too!!! :)

My husband says the massage was good but we had and are still having a LOT of trouble getting anyone from the salon to communicate with us. They also were not clear on a Yelp deal that we are now stuck disputing with no help from them. If I had to choose I'd rather a mediocre massage with awesome communication and customer service. We'll not be returning.

My review is predominantly for the only service I have purchased here, which was a massage. But I can comment on Back 2 Body as far as the location, the building, and the energy of the space. It is a great space, which from the outside you would never know. The minute you walk in from the plain white building exterior, you enter Back 2 Body, & are instantly transformed into a very calming, attractive, clean & inviting location. The people who I have crossed paths with during my visits there have been kind & warm.

I went to a nice salon before I found Back 2 Body and paid $35 more for the same service...and was swollen for days! It took almost an hour there and Andrea gets you in and out in 10-15 minutes.
There's no signage at her business - it looks like a big white apartment complex from the outside and if you come after 6:00, the front door might be locked - just text her to let you in.
I have been in to see Andrea at least 4 times now and will continue to be a loyal customer
