Tri Health & Massage
The mind is a powerful and extremely important component of our lives, but it can also be very fragile and needs to be nurtured. Massage isn't just a physical form of therapy, it also helps to bring balance to our minds that have been overloaded with stress. Physical touch is one of the main needs of all human beings.

Add in the fact that we all have physically demanding jobs in some form and that a lot of us maintain some level of physical fitness, massage is crucial for restoring balance to our overexerted bodies. A sound soul dwells within a sound mind and a sound body. Balance by all three cannot be overstated.

Terry is an amazing massage therapist. His knowledge and passion about the body and how it should move make him different than other therapists. He works all of my knots and trigger points that have been causing me headaches and shoulder pain. I wouldn't send my family or friends anywhere else!!
