Paid off and closed my credit card more than 2 months ago and they have yet to report it to my credit that it's paid and closed, but if I would have been 30 days late on a payment they would have reported that the very same day. They aren't here for their members they're here to make money and nothing else. You can tell that by how little they pay their employees cause they can't keep any decent ones around for very long. I have a car loan with them and so far it has not been a good 5 years for me with them, misleading information was given to me by a previous banker that let my account to be late for a few months, spoke with Tyler (claiming to be the Vice President) refused to give his last name, and information from a higher up to resolve the issue.

I went there to get a savings account. The guy at the counter asked me all my personal information and security question answers out loud, none too discretely I might add.30 minutes later he and a female associate go in the back and look at some thing on a computer screen for 20 minutes then he came back and told me I want qualified to get a savings account because I had trouble with a checking account once. I had been their customer once before and had left of my own volition after trying to get a small loan ($100) after I had been a loyal customer for years working full time, and they refused

AWFUL customer service. My husband and I are retired and we had heard about Nebo credit union through a neighbor, we wanted to give them a chance and get our loan through this bank and they were just awful, unprofessional and rude. I am not sure where they get their employees, but they are very ignorant, always say they are in meetings, do not return phone calls, went to the corporate office, had to wait about 2 hours because they simply did not want to attend to us. I do not recommend. The employees seem to be uneducated and unknowledgable. Please do your research prior to thinking about opening
